Called BF around 8:30am having no hot water. They told me 10-2 and the technician would call ahead of time. My phone was ringing in about 10 minutes and I had someone at my house by 9. Jason was my technician and he showed me options for my situation. Ultimately I went with a new hot water heater and Jason completed the job in about 2 hours. Hot water restored! Jason was professional, polite, and kept me in the loop as he worked. Would highly recommend!

Great company and service!!!!. We started having trouble with our hot water- we inherited this tankless water heater- and it took some time for us to diagnose the problem. However, once we got in touch with Benjamin Franklin plumbing, they were phenomenal. Great communication, super quick response time, And they come service on the weekends! Brock was professional, kind and super helpful! He diagnosed the problem and ran through several options, before helping us navigate and make a plan. Matt was also great, he was professional, communicative, friendly and efficient. Both gentlemen resolved what could have been a much bigger problem with ease and efficiency. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Our 3 year old tankless water heater stopped working so we called our Benjamin Franklin plumber and they sent Matt Lawlor out first thing the following morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and contacted the manufacturer to process a warranty replacement claim. He patiently and thoroughly conducted all of the tests and checks requested by the manufacturer and eventually convinced them to approve the full unit replacement. He did an excellent job replacing and testing the unit. All of the Benjamin Franklin plumbing team members that we worked with throughout the entire process were very responsive, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them for any plumbing related needs.
