Called BF around 8:30am having no hot water. They told me 10-2 and the technician would call ahead of time. My phone was ringing in about 10 minutes and I had someone at my house by 9. Jason was my technician and he showed me options for my situation. Ultimately I went with a new hot water heater and Jason completed the job in about 2 hours. Hot water restored! Jason was professional, polite, and kept me in the loop as he worked. Would highly recommend!

Easy to schedule appointment. Installer showed up on time, was efficient, clean and polite. He explained our options and had the unit we wanted in his truck so he was able to complete the job in one visit. This was a cost as well as time saver. Very complete experience. We have used this company before for other issues and have been satisfied each time. Would recommend.

Highly recommended — very professional Brock was the service rep that installed the new dish washer and replaced the water cutoff valves in the garage. He is one of the best service reps I’ve had in 25 years. Very polite, obviously well qualified, professional and leaves the site spotless.
