Chris Applegate replaced filters for a whole house water filtration system and was a true professional. He shared his knowledge of filter replacement and went above and beyond in his explanation of operation. He covered filter replacement requirements and even installed a bypass the previous installer missed. I would gladly welcome Chris into my home anytime for plumbing matters that need attention. I highly recommend Christian Harvey for his professionalism and craftsmanship. He arrived promptly for the inspection of my shower repair and the next day showed early again to perform the repair. He was very polite the entire job. When performing the job he made sure I stayed informed of the things he was doing to fix the issue. The work looks amazing and my shower repair was performed efficiently.

Provided great service. Took care of a large section of drain line replacement under our home. Replaced piping under kitchen sink. Cleaned up all work areas and returned them to better than original. Benjamin Franklin plumbing has been our go to for years as our 60 plus year old home has slowly needed upgrades.

Brock did a great job replacing our entire submerged well pump assembly including a new bladder and tank. Had it all completed in one day. Though the service and professionalism was top rated, the Ben Franklin price is much higher than other companies. I wish I had done more research. That is why 4 stars and not 5.
