Called BF around 8:30am having no hot water. They told me 10-2 and the technician would call ahead of time. My phone was ringing in about 10 minutes and I had someone at my house by 9. Jason was my technician and he showed me options for my situation. Ultimately I went with a new hot water heater and Jason completed the job in about 2 hours. Hot water restored! Jason was professional, polite, and kept me in the loop as he worked. Would highly recommend!

Eric made the process from start to finish as painless as possible. When we met for an estimate, we hadn't decided between a tankless or standard hot water heater. He explained the pros and cons of each, from highest to lowest price, and we quickly settled on a purchase.
