Called BF around 8:30am having no hot water. They told me 10-2 and the technician would call ahead of time. My phone was ringing in about 10 minutes and I had someone at my house by 9. Jason was my technician and he showed me options for my situation. Ultimately I went with a new hot water heater and Jason completed the job in about 2 hours. Hot water restored! Jason was professional, polite, and kept me in the loop as he worked. Would highly recommend!

Great company and service!!!!. We started having trouble with our hot water- we inherited this tankless water heater- and it took some time for us to diagnose the problem. However, once we got in touch with Benjamin Franklin plumbing, they were phenomenal. Great communication, super quick response time, And they come service on the weekends! Brock was professional, kind and super helpful! He diagnosed the problem and ran through several options, before helping us navigate and make a plan. Matt was also great, he was professional, communicative, friendly and efficient. Both gentlemen resolved what could have been a much bigger problem with ease and efficiency. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Closed on our first home, they came out super quick both to do the full house inspection so we could move forward with peace of mind with buying our home, they also came out really quick to do the work after we close! The technicians/customer service workers were all prompt, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. They took time to thoroughly answer any questions that we might have. Chris was very informative about our drain situation and was able to find the perfect resolution to make sure our plumbing needs were met.
