Called BF around 8:30am having no hot water. They told me 10-2 and the technician would call ahead of time. My phone was ringing in about 10 minutes and I had someone at my house by 9. Jason was my technician and he showed me options for my situation. Ultimately I went with a new hot water heater and Jason completed the job in about 2 hours. Hot water restored! Jason was professional, polite, and kept me in the loop as he worked. Would highly recommend!

Chase was prompt, considerate, knowledgeable, professional, and a good communicator regarding the project. He not only carefully investigated the problem and fixed it, he was thorough and took extra time to make sure the solution was solid. He offered options in case I wanted to consider changes in the future. Chase has serviced this house in the past and it was good to see him again.
