Called BF around 8:30am having no hot water. They told me 10-2 and the technician would call ahead of time. My phone was ringing in about 10 minutes and I had someone at my house by 9. Jason was my technician and he showed me options for my situation. Ultimately I went with a new hot water heater and Jason completed the job in about 2 hours. Hot water restored! Jason was professional, polite, and kept me in the loop as he worked. Would highly recommend!

Closed on our first home, they came out super quick both to do the full house inspection so we could move forward with peace of mind with buying our home, they also came out really quick to do the work after we close! The technicians/customer service workers were all prompt, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. They took time to thoroughly answer any questions that we might have.
