I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing yesterday and spoke with Monica. She is probably one of the kindest CSRs I have ever encountered. She even asked me “How can I make you smile today?” WOW! My technician was Jeff (they even sent me a picture of him) and he was great about explaining everything and made sure I understood what was to be done! He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I had a great experience and would gladly recommend them to others. No one likes the price, but I would remind all Seniors to ask for the Senior discount!! Good job, Benjamin Franklin!!
I live out of state and my mother lives alone, and I have had many appointment companies come to her house over the years and take advantage of her where I do not feel safe and my mother does not feel safe but one thing I must say about Benjamin Franklin plumbing they are such a family oriented, trustworthy company This is the first time ever. My mother has had worked on where she felt safe secure, and the price was honest I highly recommend this company to anybody in the area. This is coming from a contractor that lives in another state as well. Their work is top-notch.

We had technician Cristian Giurgila come out to our house and fix a water leak and he was absolutely fantastic. Great customer service and he was able to complete the repairs same day. He was amazing. Next time we need them we will request Cristian.
Jose was prompt, polite, courteous and called ahead of arrival as promised. He inspected thoroughly and told me in detail what was going on. Presented me several options for repairs with cost breakdown for each. He also suggested other services/items I might consider or benefit from in the future. He is very proud of his company and mentioned the name several times and how they offer superior service.
