Excellent! Took less than 5mins! My toilet was stopped up. No amount of plunging I did helped. Tray walked in problem solved! My greatest repairman experience EVER. He didn't charge me! What?!! I'm 77yrs old. He even asked if I had garbage that needed carrying out! That young fellow is a walking God send. All he said was pass it on! That was sooo sweet of him. I have his name. When I need a plumber, Benjamin Franklin gets the call. I will wait for him to be available!
We called a plumber out because we had a drip in our shower. Fernando came out and solved the problem. Great plumber and company. Will definitely use them again. Thank you again

Cristian is highly professional and polite. He did maintenance on our water heater and fixed a bathroom drain. He also suggested two areas that we might consider fixing in the future. He encouraged us to ask questions and thoroughly answered them for us. He’s very personable and we will ask for him in the future!
We have Eric come out to pump our septic and he was extremely helpful and patient. Our house had a new tank out in and we didn’t know know exact measurements. Eric took his time and was eager to find the tank for us unlike another company who basically left and never came back. Eric was knowledge and explained everything to us. Thank you for your help
Sean was very professional and personable . Arrived within the expected time. Kitchen sink was leaking around the drain. Explained what the best practice for repair was prior to completing the task. Was efficient and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. The cost was comparable to other plumbers. The company offers a 2 year guarantee on their service which is excellent.
John the Super Plumber has done work at my house twice. Recently I called to ask for help assembling bathroom plumbing for a DIY renovation that turned out to be a bit more than we could handle. John arrived within the hour to save the day. His work is thorough, and he takes time to explain not only what he’s doing but any concerns he discovers during the repair. He is personable and humble, and I recommend him highly.
Craig and Sergio were fantastic! A less-than-hot shower on Thursday night led to discovering a pilot light out on our hot water heater going into the Labor Day weekend. Craig and Sergio showed up and quickly/efficiently diagnosed our issue. While we weren’t happy about having to get a new heater, we knew we had to do it because we all need hot water! Craig/Sergio explained everything to us, including price and what all was covered, and Craig had the new heater installed and up and running in about 2 hours. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The people at the office were equally fantastic and took good care of us.
