I called needing someone to check out an apparent water leak in the supply lines to my kitchen sink. Jeremy came out within just 3 or so hours and quickly found the problem. He cut out the old copper lines which had leaking connections and replaced with pex lines. He also installed a different dishwasher for me since the old one had to come out for the repairs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and Benjamin Franklin plumbing for any plumbing needs

They were very polite, professional and articulate during our conversation regarding my plumbing issues. Once at my house, I showed them the problem, they included me in the assessment so I would know what to expect to the letter. Due to the condition of the pipes they encountered a few issues which required them to seek additional parts for the repairs.
