Called on a Monday due to our hot water heater going out on us , and John had someone out that day ! So, I support their motto 100%! Gage did a great job. Was very friendly. Benjamin Franklin pluming is a great company and you get good and fast service from them. We are very happy with the service we receive when the come out to our home.

Update: They did come out and identify the issue. The men took their time to find it and listened to us. We appreciate it very much. The tech that came out was nice but he did make the problem worse. I did ask him to snake the line from a particular entry point but he said it would be easier with the same outcome at a different location. I disagree. Sometimes easy isn't best and wished he had listened to me. I would like them to come snake it from the entry I originally suggested at no charge. We did pay quite a bit for the issue to now be worse. He did give me very costly estimates. I'll have to get someone else out here I guess.

Great service by Gage. He explained what needed doing for the garbage disposal and got the job done. Price was okay. He even attempted to fix an issue with the shower tub leaking but I declined the estimate for now but will call back in the future for a fix on it. The scheduling is quick and easy with them.
