Mike and Chris were excellent! My husband and I were pleased to have our slab leak repaired in one day. Communication before and during the repair was helpful, since we were unsure how extensive it might be once the area was dug out. We would highly recommend both Mike and Chris. We also feel good about now being a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Club member, to hopefully prevent a problem before it gets out of control.
Jake was very good- listening to my issue and working to understand me. He detailed multiple solutions & indicated the best way to proceed. Advised me to check with my town regarding responsibility of the pipe at issue while scheduling a fix if needed. I feel confident I will get resolution.
My irrigation water supply pipe broke and called Benjamin Plumbing. Carter from Benjamin plumbing came over and didn't waste anytime diagnosing the problem accurately. He got into work right away after diagnosing and repaired the line in no time. Carter was courteous, professional and excellent in his workmanship!!! I would highly recommend him and the company to anyone!!!
Moreau was exceptional! Explained everything and also showed me how to use the water softener. Waiting for electrician to come on Tuesday to install the gfi outlet. Wonderful person!! Will definitely do business with them!
Phil was knowledgeable, conversational and focused on getting the job done efficiently and correctly. He was a pleasure to work with and we even talked about favorite Mexican food spots in Healdsburg. It was a very easy experience today!
Our plumbing was backing up into our office, which was not good for business. Ethan responded early on a Sunday morning and went above and beyond to get everything fixed before we opened. He was courteous and professional, on time and friendly. He got to the root of the problem and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend.

Excellent response time from customer service! Ben, took my call and had a service tech respond ASAP on a Saturday morning. Johnny, our service tech arrived and thoroughly assessed the clog issues we had. He was professional, easy to talk to, and explained our options to fix the problem. Post completion: After the completion of the job my review and rating has not changed if anything I would like to add a star!! Johnny, and his assistant Ryan went above and behind. Completed the job in the most professional, clean, timely and affordable way possible. Really helped my family and I out with completely replacing all the out of date plumbing, replacing leaking pipes, incorrect pitches and really, the cleanest plumbing job I have ever seen. I have already referred Johnny and Benjamin Franklin plumbing to three different people!
We had a nasty situation develop over the weekend with the line down the hill to our septic tank. Bryson was on time, cheerful, thorough, informative, and most of all successful! The next day, however, the issue reoccurred, not as bad but enough to reach out again. So Eric came by and identified a related, more significant issue using a techy approach. Then we met Harley who came for our 3rd date with Ben Franklin. Harley and his assistant were here all day replacing a broken pipe in the foundation. We met 4 outstanding men who were consistently kind, thorough, considerate, well informed, and ultimately successful. We are grateful.
Lukas did a great job on his initial inspection, examining my laundry tub and faucet and explaining my options. He also explained the Hero Club option for the protection plan. Then he and Tyler carried out the replacement of the outdoor faucet and the laundry tub very carefully and professionally, cleaning up well after their work. This is the second time I have used Ben Franklin, and both times the work was very well done.
