Amazing service!!! We had a toilet stop working a few days ago and they did a wonderful job replacing it yesterday! Dave kept the area clean and was very polite the entire time. We loved his work so much that we booked him to fix up my Uncle’s home today! Will recommend to all and will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again!

Mike and Justin did a great job removing and reinstalling the new unit. They did their work with care and pride. They both went above and beyond to answer all my questions and did a great job tidying up after themselves. I will surely welcome them as technicians and leverage the company again for any future work.

I had an outstanding experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! From the moment I called, they were professional and informative. Especially Mike, who walked me through every step, explained all my options, and gave expert recommendations. Justin was also great. The quality of the work was top-notch, I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable plumbing services!"

Jim explained exactly what had to be done and told me what it would cost. He covered my entry way carpet and put covers on his shoes I was very satisfied with his work and will use Ben Franklin should I ever have any plumbing problems.

Dave from Ben Franklin Plumbing was my plumber. Dave had done plumbing work for my wife and I before through Ben Franklin at our other home in East Patchogue. Dave is always polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Once again another outstanding job. Thanks Dave!
