After our usual independent plumber relocated, we weren’t sure who to call. My parents told me to call Benjamin Franklin and I’m so glad we did. They have the nicest and most knowledgeable staff. They quickly came and repaired a shower leak for us and explained everything in detail - including the cause of the issue, how they were going to repair it, and the cost. I highly recommend them!!

It was after hours when I called, the dispatcher said, a plumber will come out there on the double. I asked her what his name, she said Mike. Well before I finished my dinner, Mike came and knocked on the door, he introduced himself and was very polite. And reassured me that everything was A-Okay. Thank you for making me feel better.

I have been using Ben Franklin for years. Always reliable, on time, and do a great job. Seth is usually the technician who comes to my house because he lives near me. He is great! They put in a new toilet once. It was defective, not their fault. Seth put a new one in the next day! Great company.
