Had a leak where the water came in the house from an outdoor tankless water heater. I thought he was going to cut half the siding out from around. He only cut about a 2” square section out, hardly noticeable. The plumber, Traise was knowledgeable and efficient. I’d use him again. Price did seem a little high but it needed to be done and at least it was done right. Thanks!
Mr Kenneth is Confident, Very Professional, Punctual, Efficient and very Effective. I felt comfortable with him and his decisions about the job. I was like I’ve known him for years. SUPER COOL DUDE! Had to call Benjamin Franklin plumbing again due to a faulty pressure valve. Monique was super helpful getting it scheduled and luckily they dispatched the great plumber Joshua Land again. He was fantastic! If I could give 10 stars I would! He was so knowledgeable, fast and thorough with his work and put the yard back together better than before. Can’t say enough about this young man! He’s very talented and everyone else was great on the phone, too. Just wanted to update my original review to include my latest experience. Thanks so much Josh! Original review: Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Columbus, GA dispatched Joshua Land to help find a slow leak in the main pipe going to the house. He did a fabulous job from the minute he knocked on the door. Polite, smart, focused, Josh quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me how the galvanized part of the pipe had failed. He quickly replaced the bad pipe and put everything back together in the most professional and timely way. I cannot say enough great things about Joshua. Benjamin Franklin plumbing replace a pressure gauge on my water line today as a result of low pressure in my home. He placed a cap on the gauge so that I can have access to it in the future. He was professional and demonstrated excellent customer service. He also gave me a military discount and thank me for my service. Kenny was a great technician and he demonstrated thorough knowledge of his profession.
