Our front yard had a leak. I called the office and the job was done in less than three hours. Great customer service, wonderful and friendly employees. Jason kept me in the loop every step of the way and gave me an exact quote for the repair. He even went out of his way to make sure our yard was minimally disturbed.
Excellent! Took less than 5mins! My toilet was stopped up. No amount of plunging I did helped. Tray walked in problem solved! My greatest repairman experience EVER. He didn't charge me! What?!! I'm 77yrs old. He even asked if I had garbage that needed carrying out! That young fellow is a walking God send. All he said was pass it on! That was sooo sweet of him. I have his name. When I need a plumber, Benjamin Franklin gets the call. I will wait for him to be available!
Jason came out busted up slab and fixed leak and replaced concrete in a single day. He was courteous and professional. I wish everyone would work that hard. Thank you.
I called to have a dripping shower fixed and they sent someone out to fix it. Jason and Juan were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were not able to repair the shower with a new cartridge but had to cut into the wall and replace the shower valve. It was expensive but I feel they did a very good job and they did it for the estimate I agreed to. They also said if I had any problems with the repair to call them and they would be back to fix it. Thank you very much.
