Mike and Chris were excellent! My husband and I were pleased to have our slab leak repaired in one day. Communication before and during the repair was helpful, since we were unsure how extensive it might be once the area was dug out. We would highly recommend both Mike and Chris. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing this morning to replace 3 of my bathroom faucets. (I had originally had the appointment scheduled yesterday with Roto-rooter, but the technician, Manny was a no show and no call.). BF Plumbing was able to get a technician, Chris scheduled to come this morning at 10:30. Chris was so professional; he did an exceptional job and completed the replacements in a timely manner. On the phone prior to the appointment, I had told Chris he needed to be finished by 12:45 in the afternoon. He finished with a couple minutes to spare. I will definitely request Chris on my next plumbing project. 👍 👍
We had a drainage backup and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for an appointment late in the evening. They quickly scheduled a visit, and Ryan F. came out to assess the issue. He provided upfront pricing, which we approved, and then got right to work. Ryan was courteous, professional, and extremely skilled. Not only did he resolve the drainage backup efficiently, but he also took care of a kitchen sink replumb in the same visit! His high-quality workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. After working on this vanity for four months, trying to figure it out on the plumbing I gave up. I had Chris Lang Out to my house to install plumbing to my vanity. He did a wonderful job. His customer service was excellent and he was very pleasant.
I am very impressed with easy use of the website to schedule an appointment and availability to work on Saturday and Sunday. After ordering all new appliances from Samsung and paying for the install they said they could not install it because of needing cut off valves. Chris Lang came in and did a fantastic job installing a shutoff valve and box. He also installed the dishwasher. I am very happy with the prompt service I received.
