I was impressed today with the plumbing service provided by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing S.Austin. I got into a jam over my DYI angle stop change out and after several hours of wasting time and causing frustration to 3 people who had no water, I pulled out my white flag of surrender and called Ben Franklin Plumbing. The earliest I get help was in the evening after 5pm bd cause of my short notice. I am sure she could tell that I was frustrated so she said that if one of the appointments that are already scheduled finished early, she would call me and see if if I would like to have someone come then. I said ok, but you don't need to call me, just have them get here. I told my family members that they should just stay out of the house and consider getting a room because they would have to wait until later this evening to have water. Grudgingly they said ok sure. Fortunately, I didn't hVe to wait long, because very competent and obviously caring lady with Ben Franklin called and said there was a plumber on the way. So my my problem was corrected just after noon, as a plumber named Timothy arrived very efficiently assessed my problem, communicated clearly what he needed to do fix the problem and once I approved the plan, I was able to call my family and tell him they could come home. The excellent service that I experienced today, is what most customers absolutely want and l give Ben Franklin Plumbing 5 stars and there would be no hesitation to call them, if I need them again.

The office staff was efficient and friendly. Mickey arrived promptly, replaced our pressure valve, and had our water back on in no time. He was very professional and personable. We really appreciate the excellent, fast service!

Jared did a fantastic job today repairing a loose seal on a push button bathtub drain and replacing a kitchen garbage disposal. He was professional and courteous throughout the service and made sure everything was in good working order before finishing. Thanks Benjamin Franklin for having him scheduled to come out and arrive on time!
