Evan was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable about our situation. Flooded basement due to primary pump going out. Replaced and water was drained within a few hours. Gave some helpful tips and made sure we were set for future situations. Also appreciate Benjamin as a company for being honest about wait time and scheduling as we were in an emergency situation and they were honest about how quickly they could get someone to us.
I had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin The Punctual Plumber . They have a great customer service program. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The technicians came out the same day. Mr. Cornelius and Donavan repaired the gas line for my fireplace. They were polite, extremely responsive and very professional. They are knowledgeable and explained other services that they provide for future reference. I recommend them very strongly.

Matt was wonderful to work with and helped us get a water filtration system set up to take care of all the chlorine and hardness in our water. He sent a great installer out here who did a great job, got us up and running same day and left the place clean. They also swapped out my whole house shutoff valve and installed a proper ground box. Now my water doesnt reek of chlorine when I take a shower!
My wife and I were in need of an urgent repair and CJ came to fix a leaking pipe. He was professional, helpful, honest, and did great work. He did a good job communicating what the issue was and was helpful with making a decision. Our service tech Trey was great. He was within the time assigned to us, made his diagnosis, and proceeded to order the necessary part to be installed upon arrival. He was very polite and knowledgeable and his service was greatly appreciated.
Austin was awesome! After I told him what happened, he knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in less than a 1/2 hour. Unlike other companies, he didn’t try to find other things wrong, try to convince me I needed this or that fixed and offer me outrageous quotes. I have an old house and plumbing issues occur frequently. With my bad experiences with previous plumbers, I didn’t know who to call. I’m glad I called Benjamin Franklin. Austin was honest, professional and friendly. I told him some other concerns and he worked to provide the best quotes.
