Our technicians Edgar and Armando were very professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and went above and beyond in making sure our water softener was installed properly and even helped us to fix a leak. The Benjamin Franklin Plumbing-South Bay has very experienced plumber, technician, and manager. Unlike another company, which would destroy my old bathtub, the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing-South Bay found a smart way to replace my old rusty sewage pipes of the year 1952.

Plumber Wayne showed up within my 4-hour window and was absolutely professional, start to finish. The leaky toilet called out on a pest inspection was found to be non-existent - and Wayne didn't charge me at all for the visit. And when I asked for a written receipt that detailed no issue was found, he gladly obliged me. Super nice guy and a real asset to this business! I deducted half a star for dispatch; I think they need a bit of help.

Edgar Cabrera performed excellent service. Very knowledgeable, proactive and addressed all of my issues. He took time to examine my pipes and equipment and understood the situation I am facing with the house.
