Amazing! Matthew called before he arrived. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He took the time to explain the whole process (multiple times to me lol) and went over the time line if I decided to go with their company. The quote was very reasonable with the other companies (and my budget). The whole experience was so easy and never felt pressured. I am so happy to have made contact with Matthew and this company. First time I met Wayne was 2years ago my home had sewage issues. Wayne came by to deal with the issue He then became my best ftiend, and my go-to-plummer. I appreciate the patience he takes to explain things to me. I would highy recommend Wayne. Even my neighbors use him.

Edgar came out to the house very quick on a Sunday morning. He quickly saw the issue with our tankless heater. Though a replacement was not what we were hoping to hear, the options presented were good and with a very quick turn around for installing the replacement. I also liked hearing that the company has a policy to involve a 3rd person when presenting replacement quotes to anyone over 65.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Benjamin Franklin’s Pluming, and in particular with Matthew Stymest. I started hiring them a few years back when they provided the best repiping offer, and since then they have changed my garbage disposal, replaced toilets, fixed leaks, etc. Last week I was especially impressed by Matthew’s response. My old water heater was leaking so I texted him in the morning, and by the time we came home from work the new heater was installed and working perfectly. We were both impressed and grateful. Great quality, excellent customer service !
