Great customer service and workmanship. Our service provider "Joe" was fantastic. We were called quickly by the technician and from there we scheduled time for the work. The work was done professionally and IMHO a very fair price for the amount of work and time spent. I highly recommend this Benjamin Franklin group and again, Joe was awesome. We are using them for future work also.

Our toilet had a stubborn clog and Joe was able to get it unclogged. He showed up on time, was professional and walked me through everything he was going to do. He also checked other potential issues to ensure we wouldn’t continue to have a problems in the future. I would highly recommend Joe as he was honest, easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure he fixed our issue.

These guys are the best! I have used them for several different projects and today was an emergency, and they actually had someone who had finished up a job and could come right over! Talk about service! I could not ask for better service and a nicer technician. Chris was awesome, he picked out the problem and fixed it in no time. And, my dogs liked him. We had an issue with a backyard faucet that broke and was gushing water. We looked up emergency plumbers and found Ben Franklin. The phone call was answered by a human and she helped guide us through turning off the water main to the house while we were waiting for the plumber to arrive. In about an hour to 90 minutes Joe arrived, identified the problem, gave us an estimate and commenced to fixing it. Joe was respectful of our home (taking off his sneakers, it was raining out), he explained what he was going to do and then did the work. We are very appreciative of Joe's expertise and great work! Also appreciative of him working efficiently and in a timely fashion. Thanks so much, Joe!
