Chris the plumber is a Keeper. Came during an ice storm. Installed a new hot water heater same day. Called Adam Sunday , Monday Chris was over. Great customer service and workmanship. Our service provider "Joe" was fantastic. We were called quickly by the technician and from there we scheduled time for the work. The work was done professionally and IMHO a very fair price for the amount of work and time spent. I highly recommend this Benjamin Franklin group and again, Joe was awesome. We are using them for future work also.

Our toilet had a stubborn clog and Joe was able to get it unclogged. He showed up on time, was professional and walked me through everything he was going to do.
