My very old furnace was in need of replacing and my long time plumber doesn’t install them, but he really came through with a recommendation of Ben Franklin plumbing, I called in the morning and they sent Alex Loranger out that afternoon, he was very helpful in recommending a replacement and scheduling the install. When I got home from work I was very impressed with the quality work and attention to detail that I was looking at. Very pleased.

Great service! They showed up on time, were neat and tidy, and wore booties which was appreciated. The work done was better than expected as I needed a slop sink and pump installed for my washer and dryer setup. Honest and hard workers. Tyler was great.

I had a water heater emergency and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing understood the urgency of my need and sent a plumber quickly to firstly assess the problem. I was given a detailed explanation of my options and also an estimate. The plumber answered all my questions thoroughly and in a manner that i could understand the process, so as to allow me to make an educated decision. On the day of install the office scheduled me promptly so i would not be without hot water over the wknd. Also they allowed me to get my chimney liner installed in the morning and they arrived promptly in the afternoon. The plumbers were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of work was excellent and the experience was positive! I strongly recommend this company!

I had to replace my boiler. They were here when they said they would be, very efficient and job well done. I will call again when I need something done.

Tyler was professional and was at my house in 15 minutes after I called. My expansion tank had a leak and they replaced it and removed the old one. Their price was very reasonable and the work was quality! Will be using them in the near future to replace my water heater Update: 1 month later. My hot water heater started leaking and Tyler and his team were here in a days notice to replace my water heater. They did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. Will be using for all my future plumbing needs!
