I never thought that working with plumbers would be a satisfying experience…until I met Matt and Josh from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Canton MI! I needed an urgent repair for my sump pump over the weekend because it was running nonstop but not moving the water out. Sara answered my call and was very friendly and helpful, and got Josh out to my house the same day to help. After Josh replaced the pump, he found that the discharge pipe is frozen/clogged as well, so he set up an appointment for Sunday with Matt, who installed a temporary fix to keep things running until the weather warms up and they can fix the main discharge pipe as well. Both Josh and Matt are awesome to work with, they are very knowledgeable, super friendly and professional, and do great work. Thank you so much for everything, I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and will definitely use them again, and tell all my friends about them as well!

Matthew Tacia was here today and did excellent work, as always. I’m so happy to have this company as our go to plumbing company. It is not always easy to find companies you can trust and do high quality work. Matthew did a thorough cleaning of our sump pump, and fixed some pipe work for us. I’m glad he was here, because he also found a leak I hadn’t noticed until he pointed it out. He also cleaned out a drain we needed taken care of. I can always count on everything being cleaned up after the work is done as well. We recommended this company to friends of ours from church, and they were also very happy with Josh, who did the work for them.

Im going to start by saying, Josh is an amazing technician!!! I was woken up at 6am to water spewing from my toilet pipe straight into my bathroom. I was in a panick. I tried to plug the hole as best as I could and jumped on my phone and headed to Google. Looked up plumbers and found this little gem of a business. I called and was answered immediately. The person who answered the phone (Sarah) was very understanding and extremely helpful. She listened to my issue and was already immediately dispatching josh to my location. I couldnt be any happier about the speedy service he provided to stop the leak and fix the pipe in -20° weather on a live line as they call it. Because my main water shut off valve is broken we couldnt shut the water off, so this man went under my trailer and got blasted with all kinds of frozen water and fixed my pipe. I have never been more greatful to any person in my life as I was for josh coming out and fixing my pipes as fast as he could and he did a great job. When he quoted me for the job the price was high understandably. And I told him id have to send him away and figure out a cheaper way as im a single mom of 2 kind of struggling. Josh immediately jumped on the phone and contacted Sarah and let her know my situation and she was way more than accommodating for my financial situation. I really cant thank both of you guys enough. I dont know what my bathroom would look like without your guys speedy and accommodating service. Josh definitely deserves a raise. Ill say that is a fact. And all the praise. Thank you guys so much again!!! I will definitely recommend you guys to anybody who asks. ❤️
