Matthew was amazing! Our pump broke when we lost power, he came and repaired everything! He was super professional and knowledgeable. Very dependable and left no mess for us. Excited to use our washing machine and basement bathroom with no further worries. They also quoted less than others for our repair and explained the entire process. Thank you Matthew Tacia! Josh was very thorough. We discussed what needed to be done and the cost. While installing the 2 Delta bathroom faucets, Josh informed me about additional parts needed. The completed job was excellently done. The cleanup was thorough. Josh is a personable professional that I would recommend. Cost between $650 - $850 Service work: Install a washer and dryer, change out the copper plumbing line to black pipe, and change the water valve I reached out to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing through a social site, and Sarah called me right back. Sarah was professional, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Sarah was able to get me on the schedule as an emergency service for the next day, which is what I needed. Sarah also prepared me for what to expect when the technician arrived and his name. On the day of service, I was sent a text message with my service technician's name, ETA, and a picture for safety. That was a real bonus in making me feel safe. Josh was amazing. He's young but very professional and courteous. He asked to use the restroom and play his music, which he played so low I never even heard it. He cleaned up behind himself, leaving no mess. He wore shoe coverings while in my home. He was extremely nice, fast, honest, and knowledgeable. This was the best plumbing experience I have ever encountered. This was not a company trying to get over moneywise or due to a customer's lack of knowledge. Did I mention they were very affordable and no overpricing. I would not only hire them again, I would only hire them for my plumbing needs. They went over and beyond. What a great company! From the get go- they were friendly, professional, and not a bad price. Matthew was really easy to talk to and got the job done quickly. I will definitely be using them again. And as a side note, as a single woman, I got no creepy vibes. Seriously ladies, he was good.
