I called the office at 7:30am with no hot water. They answered and Mickey came to assess my heater by 10am. It was 27 years old Hot water heater from 1998 😳 It was time. He was very professional and helpful. He gave me the quote, I paid 50% and then Scott and Dave came later and installed it in the afternoon. They worked hard since it was an attic unit. The new unit got a dent but should not effect it’s functions. I was glad Benjamin Franklin plumbing were prompt and professional.

Being new to the area and in need of a plumber, we were hesitant on who we might find. We chose Benjamin Franklin because of their excellent Google reviews and rating. Joshua Haston came out and not only fixed the problem quickly but was so friendly and very transparent with what he was going to do, what would be next if that didn’t work, and what the price would be for each step. He did an excellent job fixing the issue, then went above and beyond with his excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
