Apparently he knows great customer service too - brought our dog a stuffed screwdriver after our rascal had stealthily snuck away his work tools at a recent service call. Today I was assisted by Jake in troubleshooting some work that had been done by another company. I needed to see what I should have been charged and expected in return for my payment. I sent a couple of photos of the work, to Jake, told him what I had paid, and what my concerns were. He was very professional, direct and straightforward with his answers. I now feel I can move forward, knowing what should have been discussed and done that wasn't. I will be contacting the other company today with more confidence.
