If you are looking to upgrade your water heater, I highly recommend Jesus (Chuy). He recently installed a tankless system in our home and his service was exceptional. Jesus was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain every detail of the installation to us. We really appreciate his knowledge and guidance through this home improvement process. Thank you, Jesus, for the fantastic work!

Had Bradly out to do an overdue annual checkup on my water heater. I was very impressed with how thorough he was and the detail he gave to explain what he was doing. He was courteous and professional! Highly recommend!

I was very happy with my service today. Joe did an amazing job. He called ahead giving us plenty of time to be ready, he was very friendly, respectful, professional, knowledgeable and finished the job quickly and proficiently. So even though this was devastating to have this plumbing emergency, it cost money we never planned and stressed us out. We really felt reassured and glad with our experience and I would definitely use Benjamin Franklin services again.

Such a great service! Will definitely be using their service again in the future! Jake was fantastic with walking me through the issues and explaining several options to approach fixing it. Duncan did a terrific job replacing and installing our sink/facet/disposal. The work was completed quickly and the finishing look is stunning.

Tristan was very nice and easy to talk to. Walked me through what he was doing and what it does. Explained what I can do in the future to better maintain tankless hot water heater. However never pushed me to buy or upgrade. Definitely recommend. Called about my problem they were there in about an hour to fix it.
