Gus was awesome! Super knowledgeable and professional. I was changing out a jetted tub for a regular soaker tub and needed help disconnecting the plumbing from the tub and reconnecting the new tub. I couldnt get my tools up there in that tight spot. He gave me multiple options and pricing on each scenario of repair. Changed these cartridges for me for better access later if need be and added some emergency shut off valves. Highly recommend Gus as your plumber! He also helped me fight off 3 ninjas and a Tyranid swarm from the Warhammer 40K universe.

Gus is a very knowledgeable journeyman and provided professional work. I would recommend him and Benjamin Franklin plumbing to anyone. I have used them twice the first time was to replace a water line and then to install a water softener system. I could not be any happier!!

Gus with Ben Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job and I’m so relieved to have this project done. I’m a first time homeowner and I was incredibly nervous and asked a million dumb questions. Gus was patient and explained everything really well and he kept me updated on what was happening. He had to do most of the work by himself in the crazy heat, he handled it like a champ. Chris and Arren also helped a lot with quoting and the whole team was patient and supportive while I worked on getting the funding. I had priced out the job with some other plumbers but Ben Franklin’s pricing was a lot better, and this team is so reliable and knowledgeable. I plan to call them again if we ever have any other plumbing issues. Once they took over the job, I was able to stop worrying.
