We had Dillion come out and check our old hot water tank. Ended up needing a new one and went with a tankless water heater. He showed back up as expected with a nice new Navien tank. Awesome service and install along with his partner, Red (Trent). Both great guys. Highly recommend. Dillion was also very responsive and returned calls promptly.

Called on a Sunday and although it was expensive… They came two hours later. Had a toilet seeping water from the bottom on hardwood floor! Was able to take care of the problem within an hour time. Great attitude. Very nice and knowledgeable about the job. Would recommend to anyone even if it wasn’t on a weekend. It might not be as expensive 😂 But for us well worth every penny!

There was a mix up when I called for service on a weekend but the tech Dillon called me that afternoon to set up the appointment for the following morning. He was very helpful and friendly. He examined all the areas in the house that was having issues and we made a plan. Very happy with Dillon.

We had a great experience with Ethan and Trent at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job getting our plumbing fixed. I would recommend them to anyone that gets into a bind at their home.
