We had Dillion come out and check our old hot water tank. Ended up needing a new one and went with a tankless water heater. He showed back up as expected with a nice new Navien tank. Awesome service and install along with his partner, Red (Trent). Both great guys. Highly recommend. Dillion was also very responsive and returned calls promptly.

Ethan was amazing! What I thought was a leaky pipe under the house turned out be a lot more simple. He was quick, efficient and explained everything so I understood. Very knowledgeable. Has a great personality and is very respectful. Can't say enough wonderful things about my experience!

12/6/2024 UPDATE: Yesterday morning I received a call from Kyle at Benjamin Franklin plumbing following up on my report, below, of a disappointing experience. I explained my concerns in more detail, and he offered two alternatives, both of which I would have found very satisfactory. We decided to go another route with our project, but it is obvious that BF cares about the satisfaction of their customers and prospective clients. One star update for caring enough to call, and another for their efforts to make sure they left me with a good impression. 12/4/2024 I had an appointment this morning to get an estimate to proactively replace our 22 year water heater replacement and a drip repair to my Delta kitchen faucet. I figured these were both pretty straightforward services, and that most plumbers would be competitively priced. With all of the excellent reviews, I decided to just go with Benjamin Franklin. The tech was prompt and polite, but when he said my old water heater was a "time bomb" waiting to go off, I started to get leery, perceiving it as a bit of a scare tactic. When I received a breathless quote of $3,595 for the water heater and $360 to repair the faucet, I decided to look further. I have since received 3 other free quotes, all around $2,000 which was much closer to what I was expecting. Plus BF charged $89 for the estimate. In fairness, this was disclosed when I made the appointment but I should have called around right away - I would have learned that many plumbers either give phone estimates or don't charge for in person estimates. Lesson learned.
