Joseph and Nick arrived on time and were able to diagnose and repair the issue promptly. They also took the time to thoroughly explain the defect and what needed to be done to replace the defective part. I appreciated that they understood that I also needed to understand. They didn’t talk down to me with jargon. They simply explained in terms I could understand. Thank you both for your kindness and the skills displayed today. Woke up to find my water heater leaking. Used Thumbtack to find service, and Ben Franklin contacted me quickly. Had a plumber out by noon, and my water heater was replaced by 5 pm. They gave me several options for replacement, and I chose the best value for my household. Very happy with the service and new water heater.

I was very impressed with my first use of Ben Franklin plumbing service. Timothy reviewed two problems to see if I needed repairs and then replaced three outdoor faucets. Quality work and communication. Arrived on schedule. I will be using Ben Franklin Plumbing if I need other plumbing repairs.
Jordan promptly arrived to assess the issue with my water heater. Upon his arrival, I informed him that another company had provided a quote. Jordan demonstrated respect and professionalism, asking that I hear him out while he presented alternative quotes. He offered detailed information on water heaters and identified additional concerns that required immediate attention to avoid potential future expenses. After presenting prices, Jordan observed my reaction and offered to revisit the quotes. Following a brief interval, he returned with a revised proposal that my girlfriend and I found satisfactory. As a result, a new water heater will be installed tomorrow, restoring our access to hot water. Throughout the process, Jordan remained committed to ensuring our satisfaction before departing. I would like to express my gratitude to Jordan for his dedication to his work and his commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Travis was on time and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the product he servicing and his patience with customers was outstanding. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for someone to service your plumbing needs.
Dustin came to find and repair a leak. He was polite and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and the cost before doing anything. He worked quickly and did a fantastic job. I will definitely call Dustin if we need help in the future.

Mike came out for a quote, he did excellent job on providing information, he asked about any other issues outside of quote. He was a 10 for information and help. Company has great communication to me via phone, email and texts. I feel like they are very professional
