Oakly did a great job replacing our sink in the laundry room. He noticed a dent in the sink after we unboxed it and found a replacement for us at Home Depot. We were able to return the dented sink, get a new one and have it installed on the same day. Oakly was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I would use Benjamin Franklin again for all my plumbing needs and I would ask for Oakly.

We are very happy with the purchase/installation of our water heater! Our technician, Oakley arrived on time, and went right to work on removing our old unit, and had out new one working in short order! Prompt, polite, and efficient,=excellent!

I needed a sediment filter installed and some updates to our iron filter. Tony Daas was the plumber who came out and assessed the issues, provided honest perspective, did not oversell anything, and returned two days later for the install. Tony was extremely polite, professional and took pride in his work. He worked late to finish the install and was happy to answer all questions, etc. I felt the price was fair - not super cheap and not expensive, but I know it was done right and the service was top-notch. As someone who has supervised hundreds of personnel, I recognize how lucky this company is to have Tony D. represent them.

Oakly was great! He gave notice prior to his arrival so I had time to put my pets away. He got the repair done rather quickly and the pipe work looks better than when he started. Oakly was also very nice to myself and my neighbor and their dog on his way out.

We have been using Ben Franklin plumbing for about 1.5 years for HVAC, water softener and water purification and have been very happy with their services. Their services are not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but their customer service is TOP NOTCH! I want to specifically call out Oakly Zink who is an awesome technician!! He’s on time and always explains what the issue is, why and options on how we can fix. I’ll continue to utilize their services!!
