I had a rough start with them-my attic flooded a year after installation because the system wasn't up to spec. But they owned up to it, revamped their team, and sent folks out to fix everything in one day flat. Added overflow pans with water switches for all my units. Super thorough, no shortcuts. Now I can remodel my bathroom without sweating a repeat flood. If you had issues before, their changes are real-worth giving them another shot. Great company, solid warranties, and Joel especially? Total pro.

Joel K was knowledgeable, easy going and professional during installation of our tankless water heater. When he walked in the door he gave an estimated time frame and at the end was within 10 minutes. Took the time to explain each step and to answer my questions. I am always surprised calling in to Ben Franklin Plumbing because the last couple time I had called I have been able to get same day if not very quick appointment turn around. They are always patient and sympathetic to the needs of faulty household wears and cover a wide range of options to best support the issue that is occurring. I’ve had John over twice in the last month and he always checks every option that could be causing an issue before making a determination. Then finds the best course of action to help save me money but ensure the problem won’t reoccur for years to come. Thanks team for helping in my time of need!
