I was thrilled with the project. The sales rep came right on time to give me an estimate of costs (which was very reasonable) and explained what would be done. Then my water service line project was completed in one day. The technicians (first Phula and then Kami also joined him) on site talked to me about the process and reviewed the progress several times. They were friendly and helpful and did a great job. I am so glad I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Couldn’t be happier.

Just moved to our new home. We had our new stove delivered today. Found out the valve from the house gas line to the new stove was not correct. Delivery guys said we needed to call a plumber. Saw these guys advertised on the shopping cart at the grocery store. Gave them call and Cliff and Sean arrived the same day and were able to assist us getting the correct valve installed. Cliff explained everything before, during and after the job. We were happy with the work but just a little taken back by the estimate to do the job. We just moved here and probably just had sticker shock from all the other expenses we have incurred. I would still recommend them for the estimate and see if they are in your budget.

I can't say enough about the job done by Cody and Russell. Got here early, very courteous and polite, plus accomplished the work very quickly. Very much appreciated and will be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing services from now on.

I called with kitchen plumbing issue at 7:00 am and plummer was here by 8:15! Michael E. was such a great help. He knew his trade, explained the issue and took care of it. I was very impressed with him and pleased of the work. Would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

Great service! Installers Alejandro, Kenneth , Ian and Richard all did a great job, it took several hours as it was a big order but everything working great and installed neatly. I’m very happy with their work.

He gave me a very fair quote within 10 minutes. He offered next day service and financing. I am very happy.

Benjamin Franklin plumbing is at the top of my list. In my opinion they help out so many veterans and with their veteran discount makes it more affordable for me. Tyler was absolutely wonderful. You went above and beyond by taking care of my hot water heater going in and out checking to see if he can replace the valves in the bathtub phenomenal job and took his time.

Saturday afternoon we had a substantial water leak that required a plumber to fix. Finding a plumber available on the weekend can be challenging and expensive. We called BFP and they had Matthew Fuller out within 40 minutes. They could not have been any nicer. They assessed the problem and we got it fixed. great customer service, great attitudes, just a great experience. we will use BFP from now on.

Zack was awesome! Very professional and did an excellent job. He always triple checks his work and gets all air out of the water lines before he leaves. I have never had a plumber do that in all the time I’ve had plumbers come over the years. He is the absolute best!! I would lightly recommend him for your plumbing needs!!
