Called on a Sunday afternoon & someone was out right away. He detected the leak in a hose feeding the RO system which was outside in the garage. He fixed it immediately & the Service Call fee was very reasonable. I can't thank them enough!!!! Thank you Dustin Urbanc!!!!!

Mr. Jeff / supervisor and Will were back after annual plumbing inspection. I had several issues they found and other I needed corrected. Jeff was most thorough and excellent in his skill trade. Went out of his way to ensure I was happy with all they corrected. Excellent professional work. I feel I don't have to go behind them to check..they take the extra steps and everything is put back in place..most particular . Dusty from Benjamin Franklin plumbing has been our plumber over the years. He is such a friendly high skilled technician. He is an all around great human being. We call him directly when we need help with our plumbing and he is always very responsive and punctual. Your plumbing company should be very proud to have a great service technician like Dusty. So we had another unexpected need for plumbing services on 8/8/25. Based on the outstanding service received on a plumbing issue at our house a week earlier, we turned to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Avery Heath. Avery is one-of-a- kind! He arrived on time, listened to our plumbing issue and set about researching and working to resolve our issue. Tirelessly for multiple hours he stayed focused and resolute to resolve our issue. We're pleased to report that Avery was successful in resolving the issue. His professional demeanor and "can do" commitment to excellence is a wonderful trait! We'll look to him and Ben Franklin plumbing for our next plumbing project. We would like to recognize two employees that are shining examples of this company! When we called for emergency service on Saturday, August 2, 20205, McKenzie (spelling?) was a joy to speak with! Very attentive to our problem and expressed a genuine desire to help us as soon as possible, She kept us updated on a projected service time and all along demonstrating a genuine desire to help us. She provided us a service window of 12 pm to 4 pm. Shortly before 12 pm, McKenzie let us know our service technician was enroute to our residence. A truly professional customer service representative! It was a blessing when Avery Heath arrived a little after 12 pm. We were very happy with the service provided by Avery. He was professional, efficient, technically competent, and took time to explain the service policies and the project costs. We will not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again whenever we might have a problem.

Donn called when he was about 15 minutes away. Arrived and was friendly and went right to work to unclog are kitchen sink drain. Was very professional and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Also checked with us to see if there was anything else we needed done.

Joey came out to inspect a leak under my house. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done to correct the issue. I appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and patience.

Grade A+ for these guys! We came home from vacation to a flooded bathroom! Luckily it was only the bathroom! Guys were transparent and professional the entire way! Definitely would recommend!
