Michael was professional, courteous, and detailed out what needed to be done. He gave us options of choosing just to do a smaller repair or to replace the entire water heater. He explained the cost before we went forward, and it was a very good experience. I would recommend Michael’s work highly. Upon completing the job he left the site in perfect condition, and he was probably one of the best plumbers we’ve ever had.

Great job...very personable young man. He kept me apprised of each step of his process specially since the clean up from removing the old faucet was a "pain". Will keep them in my contacts for future projects.

Mike was excellent. Not only was he unexpectedly prompt (he arrived about 30 minutes after we called), he was extremely polite and quickly evaluated our problem with a slow running kitchen faucet and fixed that quickly. He also spent the time to go on the manufacturer’s website to see if a replacement part is available and to advise us on alternatives to other problems we were having with the faucet. We were thoroughly satisfied with his professionalism and courtesy.

The Team at BF Plumbing jumped into action and resolved my issue in less than 24 hours. No extra charges just excellent service. The manager even called me to give me confidence in choosing the unit. As a woman I appreciated being treated with respect and being provided detailed info of issue and my options. I will recommend and call them again. Mike actually was able to arrive an hour before the scheduled window of time. He was cordial, able to answer my concerns with the replacement of our water heater, and shared some details I was not aware of, which may have saved me several hundred dollars$. We discussed options and he forwarded a detailed estimate for each. I recommend Benjamin Franklin.
