Mr. Leroy Steele , Benjamin Franklin plumbing is the best. He earned his Master Plumber license. Is very knowable, suggested the correct size garbage disposal. This saved time and effort. Thank you again. For excellent work and guidance! It's greatly apperciated.

Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I called in around 9:00 AM for an emergency drain blockage in my kitchen sink. An hour later, someone was on site and eager to remedy my issue. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff and will absolutely contract again for any/all plumbing needs.
David Laboskie was an absolute godsend. We had trouble with the situation for about three days, which forced my family into a single bathroom. He was able to explain the situation and help me plan for fixing it for a VERY reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend this service. On the second day, I got Josh Beadenkoof. He was ALSO absolutely incredible. From start to finish, he was a consummate professional. He was knowledgeable and helped me understand how these things work, and how problems build-up over time. Most importantly, he was honest and followed through with the plan set previously. Between these two, I have confidence that the job will get done. And I trust it will be done 100% right.

After several trips to Home Depot and a valiant effort trying to fix our sink ourselves—with help from our friend Bob, who eventually threw in the towel—we finally called Howard. And thank goodness we did! Howard came in, quickly assessed the situation, and had everything working smoothly in no time. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. What took us days of trial and error, he handled with confidence and ease. Highly recommend Howard for anyone who wants the job done right the first time. We won’t hesitate to call him again next time something goes wrong!

Had a sewer line clog up in my basement after hours. I spoke with Paige and she did an amazing job communicating everything. She was in an out in a little over an hour. Absolutely amazing service.
Very Impressed! I recently used Benjamin Franklin of Sherman, for a Laundry Pro washing machine system install. This review is not about the product, but if you have issues with a moldy smelling washer or towels/calls, give them a call. Jeff, the owner, is awesome! I received a text when the plumber was on his way complete with a photo and short bio. Micah showed up on time - I was a little disappointed about that because if he was late, they pay you for the time they are late. 😉 On time ✅ Professional ✅ Licensed✅ Insured ✅ I have ignored those check marks in the past and paid the price in the long run. You will not regret using these guys.
I got a appt the same day. Daniel explained what needed to be done and fixed my toilet in about 30 minutes and he had the parts with him. He was very personable and explained everything to me. Great experience, Daniel was great.
