Mr D was more than helpful . He went above and beyond standard service . He offered options and solutions without ever pressuring me to purchase anything . He educated me about the situation and the repercussions of x,y,z . He even interacted with my six little pups . I highly recommend Mr D ! I will definitely contact him in the future if I have any other problems ( I hope I don’t )
We would like to thank our service guy, Ben from Pensacola FL for providing top notch service. He arrived timely, was professional and fixed the leak from a cracked water pipe in our front yard. It was not an easy task since the yard was saturated and made it difficult to dig, but he handled everything with ease and had the pipe fixed within a reasonable time. Matt was wonderful to work with and helped us get a water filtration system set up to take care of all the chlorine and hardness in our water. He sent a great installer out here who did a great job, got us up and running same day and left the place clean. They also swapped out my whole house shutoff valve and installed a proper ground box. Now my water doesnt reek of chlorine when I take a shower!
Ben the plumber and Ben Franklin Plumbing are my Christmas heroes! I bought a bidet toilet seat to ease my recovery for an upcoming surgery. I had trouble installing it myself, mainly due to a bad hip that made accessing the waterlines difficult and extremely painful. I reached out to Ben Franklin for help at 7:00 at night, was immediately called back and scheduled for help the very next day. Ben the plumber showed up on time, got my bidet connected and my toilet working lickety-split! He was friendly, polite, great at his job and made me feel like a valuable customer. I'm so grateful that he was able to get my toilet fixed and he left my bathroom nice and clean when he was done. I haven't been in Pensacola for long, so I've been trying to find good companies with exceptional employees that can help with my maintenance needs. Needed a new Rheem hybrid hot water heater installed in my garage; including rerouting hot and cold lines from the laundry room. Rhodes from Bejamin Franklin knocked it out of the park. He knows his stuff and was professional and thorough. What a great job. And left the place clean as can be. Highly recommend him for any plumbing work you need.
