Mr. D is awesome! He came to our home and had the problem identified quickly and presented a solution and estimate for us to review. He seems to really care about doing a good job. Unfortunately we have to have major work done but he said he would follow up to make sure the work was done timely and properly. I would recommend him. AND the lady I spoke with to make the appointment was very nice and made sure someone was scheduled to come out the same day I called.
We are so pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing who squeezed us in, same day, to find out why we had no hot water. Jorel came within 2 hours of our first phone call and provided a detailed and accurate assessment so that we could make an informed decision. Five hours later Jun arrive with his assistant and a new water heater was installed. All three plumbers were polite and respectful of us and our properties. Mr. D was great! He fixed our garage disposal quickly and also corrected another issue we weren’t even aware of and explained everything in detail. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, thank you for getting our sink back in working order again!
Mr D was more than helpful . He went above and beyond standard service . He offered options and solutions without ever pressuring me to purchase anything . He educated me about the situation and the repercussions of x,y,z . He even interacted with my six little pups . I highly recommend Mr D ! I will definitely contact him in the future if I have any other problems ( I hope I don’t )
Cody did my annual plumbing inspection. He was on time and courteous. He did a great job checking that everything worked properly. i like that draining the hot water tank is part of the service. I did buy some BioBen drain enzyme as have used it in the past to keep drains clear. Cody has done inspections and work on my house in the past. I ask for him as preferred technician. I trust his judgment and quality of work.
