Matt was wonderful to work with and helped us get a water filtration system set up to take care of all the chlorine and hardness in our water. He sent a great installer out here who did a great job, got us up and running same day and left the place clean. They also swapped out my whole house shutoff valve and installed a proper ground box. Now my water doesnt reek of chlorine when I take a shower!
Needed a new Rheem hybrid hot water heater installed in my garage; including rerouting hot and cold lines from the laundry room. Rhodes from Bejamin Franklin knocked it out of the park. He knows his stuff and was professional and thorough. What a great job. And left the place clean as can be. Highly recommend him for any plumbing work you need.
Mr. D showed up with a smile when we were stressed over a leak and he quickly helped ease our stress. He was extremely thorough and walked us through his entire plan to fix our leak from beginning to end. He allowed us to ask ALL of our questions with a patient demeanor. Mr. D spoke very highly of his company and it was clear he enjoys his position with them. He covered all of the extra services they offer and allowed us to take on only the ones we preferred with zero pressure. He did an excellent job selling us on the importance of having a membership with Benjamin Franklin. We will definitely request Mr. D for our future plumbing needs.
