Matt was wonderful to work with and helped us get a water filtration system set up to take care of all the chlorine and hardness in our water. He sent a great installer out here who did a great job, got us up and running same day and left the place clean. They also swapped out my whole house shutoff valve and installed a proper ground box. Now my water doesnt reek of chlorine when I take a shower!
Ben the plumber and Ben Franklin Plumbing are my Christmas heroes! I bought a bidet toilet seat to ease my recovery for an upcoming surgery. I had trouble installing it myself, mainly due to a bad hip that made accessing the waterlines difficult and extremely painful. I reached out to Ben Franklin for help at 7:00 at night, was immediately called back and scheduled for help the very next day. Ben the plumber showed up on time, got my bidet connected and my toilet working lickety-split! He was friendly, polite, great at his job and made me feel like a valuable customer. I'm so grateful that he was able to get my toilet fixed and he left my bathroom nice and clean when he was done. I haven't been in Pensacola for long, so I've been trying to find good companies with exceptional employees that can help with my maintenance needs. Today, I contacted this company and I was pleasantly supplied by how professional, courteous and honest Jorel was when he came to look at my home. I genuinely feel like he knew what he was talking about and was interested in the best of helping the customer. Without exaggeration I cannot recommend them enough. Please call them first when looking at the companies.
Mr D was awesome. He went above and beyond doing the diagnosis of all our problems. He made sure I understood what was being looked at, how much it would cost, and why he was doing what he was doing. You can tell he knows his stuff and he offered specialized work that led us to the solution to what was going on.
Called multiple times to have our water temp and pressure fixed on our house and the past 2 times were unsuccessful but Mr.D came out 1 time and knew exactly what to do even before seeing it in person. He was prompt and very nice. Great customer service and of course fixed all these issues we had in like 20 min. Im beyond pleased and hope to see him on any other issues we may have.
