Mr D was more than helpful . He went above and beyond standard service . He offered options and solutions without ever pressuring me to purchase anything . He educated me about the situation and the repercussions of x,y,z . He even interacted with my six little pups . I highly recommend Mr D ! We are so pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing who squeezed us in, same day, to find out why we had no hot water. Jorel came within 2 hours of our first phone call and provided a detailed and accurate assessment so that we could make an informed decision. Five hours later Jun arrive with his assistant and a new water heater was installed. All three plumbers were polite and respectful of us and our properties. Dyrondrell came out to fix a plumbing issue that no one else could. Took him a few minutes! If I had a business I would give it to this guy to run! We would like to thank our service guy, Ben from Pensacola FL for providing top notch service. He arrived timely, was professional and fixed the leak from a cracked water pipe in our front yard. It was not an easy task since the yard was saturated and made it difficult to dig, but he handled everything with ease and had the pipe fixed within a reasonable time.
