Andrew was exactly what we needed in a very stressful time with a clogged and backed up kitchen, right before the holiday. No time is good for a plumbing issue. Thankful to get him out the next morning after a late evening call, his thoroughness, cleanliness where he worked, and kind hearted personality to keep things less stressful was beyond expectations. Highly recommend this company, their honest investigating, up front pricing, and complete focus to get things done correctly.

Great Service. Tom and his helper were very nice and showed concern about my issue. Although he was not able to duplicate the problem he removed the shower valve with some difficulty to inspect it and found it in very good condition. He said he would research the issue and keep me informed. Thank you Tom!!

Quickly located the problem and was knowledgeable. We had our sewer line backup into our home because a fiber optic contractor dug into our sewer line. He was out here at 8 pm Sunday night and he was able to locate the problem, clear the impacted pipe and and inform us of the steps going forward.

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process clearly as he worked. He diagnosed a tripping well pump that was drawing high amps, safely pulled and replaced the pump, and restored our water the same day. He communicated what needed to be done, and completed the repair efficiently. Everything was handled in a professional and timely manner, and we really appreciated being kept informed throughout the entire service. Very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend.

Craig and Sergio were fantastic! A less-than-hot shower on Thursday night led to discovering a pilot light out on our hot water heater going into the Labor Day weekend. Craig and Sergio showed up and quickly/efficiently diagnosed our issue. While we weren’t happy about having to get a new heater, we knew we had to do it because we all need hot water! Craig/Sergio explained everything to us, including price and what all was covered, and Craig had the new heater installed and up and running in about 2 hours. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The people at the office were equally fantastic and took good care of us. I would *ABSOLUTELY* recommend the great folks at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of NWA for all of your plumbing needs - BRAVO! 👍🏻😎❤️

Both technicians, David Gonzales & Jayson Helseley, arrived on-time and explained the entire problem with our outdoor connections to the city main. The work required digging, new copper pipe and value installations. When the work was completed, the pipes were also wrapped with insulation and the ground looked like no one had been there. They are professional, friendly and very respectful to us and our property. We now have BFP doing our semi-annual flushing of our tankless water heater and will call them any time we need plumbing services. Great Team and highly recommended.

Nathan did a great job fixing a broken pipe on our outside spigot that was causing a leak. He did a great job assessing the situation and providing an effective fix! He was prompt and incredibly great to work with! I would recommend him to anyone that has a plumbing need!
Ryan Brinker
We are so very happy the the entire process, from them giving the free estimate to our service installer Jordan being professional and friendly and clean. He was informed and shared willingly. Just as pleasant as having to spend money could be. Thanks

Mixit valve was leaking 30-40 drips per minute and needed replaced, was probably original with the house built in 1983. Ben showed up and saved my family and I a large water bill as we were about to leave on a trip. He was done within a few hours and was kind enough to match the fixtures on the sink and even though had a new shower nozzle, he kindly installed the older one that is preferred by my family. He was very professional, explained all his work and cleaned up better than he found the work site. Ben is an excellent service provider and I hope he is awarded a holiday bonus for the exceptional work done.
To keep your water heater running smoothly in Fort Walton Beach, it’s a good idea to flush the tank once a year to clear out sediment, especially if your area has hard water. Check the pressure relief valve, inspect for rust or leaks, and make sure the thermostat is set to a safe temperature (usually around 120°F). Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your unit and keeps your hot water flowing efficiently. For peace of mind, consider scheduling a professional inspection with a local plumber.
If your water pressure suddenly drops or only affects certain fixtures in your Fort Walton Beach home, it could be a sign of a clogged pipe, leak, or a problem with your water supply. Try cleaning faucet aerators first, but if the issue persists, it’s best to call a licensed plumber in Fort Walton Beach to diagnose and fix the problem before it gets worse.
We are available 24/7 to take your call for emergencies. Our appointment hours are listed above.

Yes! Upgrading to low-flow toilets, water-saving showerheads, and high-efficiency faucets can significantly reduce water use in your Fort Walton Beach home. You can also install smart leak detectors and tankless water heaters for added efficiency. A local plumber can recommend the best options based on your home’s setup and water usage habits.
Older homes in Fort Walton Beach often face plumbing issues like corroded or outdated pipes, low water pressure, and frequent leaks. To get your plumbing ready for winter in Fort Walton Beach, start by insulating exposed pipes, especially in unheated areas like basements and garages. Disconnect outdoor hoses, shut off exterior water lines, and check your water heater for optimal performance. It’s also smart to know where your main shut-off valve is in case of a frozen pipe emergency.
Signs of a damaged sewer line in your home include frequent drain clogs, foul odors, soggy spots in your yard, and gurgling sounds from your toilets or drains.
