Mr D was more than helpful . He went above and beyond standard service . He offered options and solutions without ever pressuring me to purchase anything . He educated me about the situation and the repercussions of x,y,z . He even interacted with my six little pups . I highly recommend Mr D ! Matt was wonderful to work with and helped us get a water filtration system set up to take care of all the chlorine and hardness in our water. He sent a great installer out here who did a great job, got us up and running same day and left the place clean. They also swapped out my whole house shutoff valve and installed a proper ground box. Now my water doesnt reek of chlorine when I take a shower!

Ben the plumber and Ben Franklin Plumbing are my Christmas heroes! I bought a bidet toilet seat to ease my recovery for an upcoming surgery. I had trouble installing it myself, mainly due to a bad hip that made accessing the waterlines difficult and extremely painful.
