Great service. Appointment was originally scheduled late afternoon but company called and asked if I'd like to schedule that morning..and I was glad to do that. Joe diagnosed the problem quickly; told me exactly how much the job would cost and did a fine job of making the repair.

Joe was great! Our 1st experience with your company. I had a plumbing emergency after 5p on a Friday. I called another well known company and was told I would get a callback in 15 minutes- still waiting for the callback! I called Benjamin Franklin company number and immediately spoke with someone who set up an appointment for Saturday. The job was done with a guarantee on the work done. We will now use this company for ANY of our plumbing needs! Also, fair pricing and a club membership with great perks- a no brainer!

My technician Austen did a wonderful job installing my water heater, home filtration system and dryer steam valve! He worked so hard and all day to get the job done and everything works beautifully! I appreciated his kindness, attentiveness, professionalism, & taking the time to explain everything to me! Apart from the service, the products I’ve added to my home are amazing and have long warranty’s which is a blessing, 10/10 recommend!
