He takes his time to explain your plumbing issues and will recommend what he think would be the best route to go to resolve your issue. I will give them 10 stars

Great service today for a repair in a rental property's kitchen sink. I was out of town, but Graham let me know he was on his way-then called to discuss the repair and tell me the cost- and then completed the job in an efficient and professional manner. Highly recommend!

Colton is super polite and is a great plumber. He is always smiling and on time. He repaired things in a bathroom and even went outside to check an outdoor sink to make sure the water was shut off with this freezing weather. The sink wasn’t on his work order. I will request him again with any upcoming issues I may have!

The Ben Franklin team did a great job removing and installing a new tankless water heater and whole-house water filter. They were courteous and professional. The quality of the work was excellent.
