Benjamin Franklin plumping was awesome! They had Matt S out to my place in less than three hours. Matt S. was a great technician—friendly, professional, and straight to the point. He quickly found the leak and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future. We had a new hot water heater installed and were not getting hot water after. Donn came back a few times to diagnose the issue and was always prompt and very courteous. He was a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. We also had to have some pipes rerouted a couple months before and he and Bryce got that job done quickly as well and got our drain flowing smoothly. We are very pleased with the service we received and will be recommending this company to others.
