Our HVAC system boiler for heating and hot water went kaput on friday night. Cliff came over after hours Friday to confirm problem. Elijah and Cliff came to check it out and explained what happened and provided me with options and estimates. Elijah answered all my questions and concerns that helped me make a decision on replacing our 25 year old system. Andy and Eric arrived Monday and went over what they were doing based on my decision. We now have our hot water and heat back on with a whole new updated system. The whole crew Andy, Eric, Elijah and Cliff were wonderful and knowledgeable to work with. Andy is here this morning finishing up. It was a huge project of ripping out old and installing new. Thanks Guys!!
Josh took care several things at our apartment building last week, including replacing the shower plumbing in one unit and a couple of toilets - he did a fabulous job. He’s super professional and conscientious- we’re so happy with the work he did and will definitely have him back! Plus, he’s a super nice person and communicates well!
Just moved to our new home. We had our new stove delivered today. Found out the valve from the house gas line to the new stove was not correct. Delivery guys said we needed to call a plumber. Saw these guys advertised on the shopping cart at the grocery store. Gave them call and Cliff and Sean arrived the same day and were able to assist us getting the correct valve installed. Cliff explained everything before, during and after the job. We were happy with the work but just a little taken back by the estimate to do the job. We just moved here and probably just had sticker shock from all the other expenses we have incurred. I would still recommend them for the estimate and see if they are in your budget.
Evan and Karl were respectful of our space. Knowledgeable and professional. Did clean work. Kept me informed of arrival time. Super happy with the out come of the taller toilet. They're ability to respond weeks sooner than other plumbing companies was most helpful. Feel confident in contacting this company.
Anthony and Aiden were great to work with. They were able to dig up and get rid of tree roots. Installed new plumbing and have saved us a huge headache. Very much appreciated. Great company to deal with, will highly recommend
