Ben Franklin has been awesome. They have recently serviced a swamp cooler for us, installed a mini split a/c-heat pump, and run a gas line for us. Customer service is top notch. We tried them because other a/c and plumbing companies were not at all responsive. I’m glad. We have really working with their master plumber Josh.

Daniel and Karl did a good job and their customer service was good. They were very personable. The prices at Ben Franklin seem on the higher end I think they charged accordingly to what the company prices that are set. Five stars for Daniel and Karl but four stars because of cost.

Clifford came out on a Saturday to repair our plumbing which was backing up. From the beginning, he was courteous and professional. For a young man, I was very impressed with his knowledge and how he explained everything in detail. Very pleased with his work. Clifford went above and beyond my expectations. I am looking forward to having him come back to do a safety inspection on our furnace.

The only place I ever use! They are fantastic! I called and spoke with Caryn (who is incredibly friendly and helpful) about my hot water heater needing replaced. I booked an appointment for two days later. The next morning, I was told they had an opening and could send somebody out within 30 minutes. Evan and Carl showed up and within a few hours a new water heater was in. They were kind, friendly, and left everything neat and clean. Today was trash day and they even brought my trash can all the way up the driveway. Wow! FANTASTIC SERVICE!! Highly recommend.

Jeff is friendly, service and workmanship excellent. I discovered a smell of gas in the garage when I returned home from being away for the weekend. I called Jeff, he came over quickly to make the minor repair. All good.
