Evan and Karl were respectful of our space. Knowledgeable and professional. Did clean work. Kept me informed of arrival time. Super happy with the out come of the taller toilet. They're ability to respond weeks sooner than other plumbing companies was most helpful. Feel confident in contacting this company.

Just moved to our new home. We had our new stove delivered today. Found out the valve from the house gas line to the new stove was not correct. Delivery guys said we needed to call a plumber. Saw these guys advertised on the shopping cart at the grocery store. Gave them call and Cliff and Sean arrived the same day and were able to assist us getting the correct valve installed. Cliff explained everything before, during and after the job. We were happy with the work but just a little taken back by the estimate to do the job. We just moved here and probably just had sticker shock from all the other expenses we have incurred. I would still recommend them for the estimate and see if they are in your budget.

I got a appt the same day. Daniel explained what needed to be done and fixed my toilet in about 30 minutes and he had the parts with him. He was very personable and explained everything to me. Great experience, Daniel was great.

I am so very impressed with the excellent service personnel and policies of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. When my sewage pipe froze and I was totally panicked, Josh persisted in solving the problem. The optional contract for additional service, to which I agreed, was an outstanding bargain fulfilled by the splendid Evan Whittington. Evan performed a very necessary and extensive servicing of plumbing throughout my entire house, explaining the process with each step and making helpful recommendations for future maintenance. He also knew exactly how to take care of my additional service requests regarding a jetted bathtub motor that had stopped working temporarily and the relocation of a bidet. Evan kept me informed of BFP's very reasonable pricing at each juncture. He, Evan, is indeed the compleat plumber, not only expert but so personable and so concerned that I would know best how to take care of my home. I am confident in recommending BFP.

I just want to point out that I’m renting this property, and still was so impressed with their work that I’m deciding to do a review. 100/10. Andrew and Jacob showed exceptional professionalism the entire 2 day process. They were on time, courteous, friendly and their workmanship can’t be beat. You can tell they really take pride in their work, everything looks phenomenal. They took their time to make sure it was done correctly, safely, and to make sure it looked damn good as well. They started on Friday knowing it was going to be a 2 day job, and stayed hours late on Friday to make sure me, my wife, and our 2 small daughters at least had warm water and heat in our bedrooms until the job could be finished on Monday. They’ve made us customers for life, only people we will call for plumbing will be Benjamin Franklin. Good job guys! Our family appreciates the hard work. :)
