Had a leaking hot water tank. Called on Saturday and a charming young woman scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. I was pleasantly surprised! Evan arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was friendly, forthcoming and professional. He replaced the air eliminator valve for a reasonable price. The next time that I need plumbing help, I will be calling Ben Franklin and requesting Evan's services.

Westen and Kaiden to my home on Wednesday. They were very efficient and got the job done quickly. They were friendly and polite. Then Westen came back the following day for installation.
