I returned from work last night to find water all over the floor of my garage due to water leaking from my water heater which is located in the garage. I had to shut off water supply to the entire house as no water heater bypass was installed, I called Benjamin Franklin the next day and Heather sent Derek Johnson over and after inspection determined a new water heater was needed. He returned a few hours later with said water heater and installed with updates to plumbing to meet new codes and a bypass system if something happens in the future, he did a great job and I would recommend Derek and team!

Initially, the call was picked up by the computer and Anna, the AI scheduler, answered and asked the appropriate questions. It scheduled a technician about two hours out. I was impressed by this. The human scheduler, Heather, was great. She called back just a few minutes later and was able to schedule Anthony Adams to come out in under 1/2 hour. She texted a picture of Anthony, so that we could recognize him when he arrived. Anthony arrived, introduced himself, and asked to be shown where the problems were. He gave me an estimate with options to repair or replace the existing parts. He was able to repair four of the five problems. The fifth problem wasn’t repairable and requires parts that aren’t available locally. He showed me where there is a crack in that part that isn’t repairable. He explained that I would probably be able to source the part less expensively myself(which I was), and said he will come out to install it without any additional charge. I was impressed by the responsiveness and quality of their service. I will definitely use them again.

I just want to point out that I’m renting this property, and still was so impressed with their work that I’m deciding to do a review. 100/10. Andrew and Jacob showed exceptional professionalism the entire 2 day process. They were on time, courteous, friendly and their workmanship can’t be beat. You can tell they really take pride in their work, everything looks phenomenal. They took their time to make sure it was done correctly, safely, and to make sure it looked damn good as well. They started on Friday knowing it was going to be a 2 day job, and stayed hours late on Friday to make sure me, my wife, and our 2 small daughters at least had warm water and heat in our bedrooms until the job could be finished on Monday. They’ve made us customers for life, only people we will call for plumbing will be Benjamin Franklin. Good job guys! Our family appreciates the hard work. :)

We needed a gas line plumbed to our kitchen from our basement. We had trouble finding anyone in the Delta area willing to do the work. Months later, a friend advised us to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Thank goodness! They responded immediately and Daniel came to check our situation out. He was very professional and provided us with an accurate—down to the penny!—estimate. When he came back with Carl, they worked efficiently and prioritized safety with respect to the install. We are so pleased to finally have a working stovetop! WeePOW rocks!

Ben Franklin has been awesome. They have recently serviced a swamp cooler for us, installed a mini split a/c-heat pump, and run a gas line for us. Customer service is top notch. We tried them because other a/c and plumbing companies were not at all responsive. I’m glad. We have really working with their master plumber Josh.
