Awesome experience! Quick, professional and honest about the leak I had coming from my upstairs toilet, leaking through my kitchen ceiling. Informed me of what may have caused the issue and to be aware for next time. It ended up being something simple that I could fix and saving me money.

I enjoyed meeting with Kyle. His professional approach and his knowledge of the systems is impressive. The evaluation of my concerns was thorough and supported with photographs of areas he felt were concerning. He took the time to answer my questions & was understanding of the "shock" his evaluation brought to me. He delivered tough news with care! Justin worked ALL day & into the evening to replace the HVAC system. He communicated throughout the process & carefully explained each element of the project. The work carried over to the next morning when Justin came back to make sure that everything was working as it should be working. I'm very happy with a new system in my home. Tyler worked all day to fix all of the plumbing issues that we had discussed. The new connections for all of the important joints as well as the shut-off valves now working in all of the bathrooms and kitchen is a relief to me. Installing the new faucet in the kitchen just adds a new sparkle to the room. Tyler's work was neat and professional throughout the day. he communicated constantly on what needed to be done and how he was doing. I appreciate all of the photographs that both Justin and Tyler have provided. It's great to have the documentation! I can't thank all of you enough for my safe and perfectly functioning home!
Not all heroes wear capes. Rodney showed up on time and quickly saved the day. Very professional, great work, happily fixed another issue on top of what I called for that he wasn’t expecting to have to do and still took care of a few extra things just to make sure everything was perfect! We had an issue with our sewer backing up due to collapsed sewer lines. We called Benjamin Franklin, and they sent someone out within the hour. They were able to find the problem quickly, answer all of our questions, and make the repairs as quickly as possible. We had an amazing experience! If you need them ask for Josh!
Austin was professional, thorough, efficient and very friendly. He figured out the reason why our toilet continued to clog. Since we live in a new 55+ community, we were stunned when Austin proudly revealed to us the culprit: a bright magenta-colored tampon casement. What?! Everyone here is too… Ohhh, wait. It must’ve been our niece who had visited a few months prior. Austin was an excellent clog sleuth! PS: Thanks to the Done Right tech who had no-showed, we got Austin who done awesome. 🙂
Our sink backed up, and I had calls in to two local recommend plumbers, but no one called me back. Ben Franklin got me on the schedule (even after hours on their site), and it was easy to book.I was not home for the service, but I was told the technician, Cole, was quick and efficient. It was half the price, if not lower, than a company that I had called a few years ago for the same service. I definitely will be calling them again if needed!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Timothy Forde. I hired him to drop a camera in my main sewage line. He was very courteous and informative. And for this specific service, their prices were reasonable. This isn’t a cheap service by any means, but they weren’t gouging.
