Service was good. They were quick. I called and they arrived within an hour. They were able to fix my issue, but it was a little pricey. They give $76 discount, but you have to pay a $89 service fee, in addition to the cost of the repair. We paid about $300 to have spigot repaired. Ouch! Maybe that’s the going price, but I found it to be expensive. But we needed it done, so I guess that’s the price you pay for the convenience?!

Ezequiel was amazing. He was so professional. He explained everything to my friend Jason(homeowner) and I slowly and articulately. We’ve had 5 or 6 companies come out before Ben Franklin and they were slightly arrogant and tried to gouge us with a bunch of stuff we didn’t need. One guy from JCN plumbing used some rehearsed script on my friend which was a lot of fun to watch but ultimately a waste of time. He was like a used car salesman. Do yourself a favour if you have plumbing issues and call Ben Franklin. Ask for Ezequiel.

Ezequiel was honestly amazing. He was very thorough and took his time to explain what he did to check the house and different options. I was very happy with his professionalism. Will definitely use this company again if I need any plumbing
