He regularly shared details and videos of his progress along the way, and was very thoughtful and careful in his approach. The kitchen sink is draining very nicely now. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin! They have the best service, they came and fixed an issue I had that wasn’t something listed in their services but they came through! They quoted me for another job and will end up paying about 1K less than another company. Richard was my technician, kind, knowledgeable and efficient! Thank you for saving us this time! Their work has warranty which was the best part too!
