Alejandro was very thorough in his inspection, explanations, and labor. He was quite accommodating to our budget and needs. He regularly shared details and videos of his progress along the way, and was very thoughtful and careful in his approach. The kitchen sink is draining very nicely now. And no broken pipes, despite our ancient cast iron plumbing -- thank you, Alejandro! Excellent service and results.

We were really happy with our experience having our water heating restored and a real bonus was that Alejandro and Richard were able to call in Hector from sister company Mr. Sparky to deal with an associated electrical problem. There is no way we could have coordinated these two services so seamlessly on a Friday afternoon, with the last tech leaving at 8pm.
