Excellent service! Highly recommend if you have plumbing needs to utilize them. We had them replace our main water shutoff valve and they had added a water filtration system for our home. Their staff is very intelligible, kind, and personable. You can tell the quality of their work is exceptional and they care about doing it the right way. I would rate them 10 stars if I could!

I had a leak in my main in the basment and sewage was leaking in. Called Ben Franklin plumbing and they did a great job. They explained everything to me went over the costs and had it fixed the next day. The guys they sent were super friendly and cool to talk too. They were so good I decided to have them replace the downstairs shower for me as well. I plan on using them for everything going forward.

Ethan provided great information and helped us decide in a replacement water heater. So happy with the experience and service provided. Update 3/8/2024: Ethan installed the new heat pump water heater and left the area better than he found it. Was very knowledgeable and professional ready to answer all my questions.
