Both Jeff and Mike were super friendly and extremely experienced. They came in and unhooked the old hot water tank and installed the new one in no time. They made sure it was working and cleaned up before they left. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing to anybody and everybody

Ethan provided great information and helped us decide in a replacement water heater. So happy with the experience and service provided. Update 3/8/2024: Ethan installed the new heat pump water heater and left the area better than he found it. Was very knowledgeable and professional ready to answer all my questions. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He even recommended options for a water softener and whole home shutoff valve we are considering installing.

I called for an estimate to remove my old kitchen sink and install a new one. I ended up going with someone else because I found a better price but I appreciate that the owner of the company himself came out to take a look. He was thorough in his explanation and the cost. Great customer service.
