Needed kitchen and bathroom faucets replaced. Easy to schedule with a convenient time for installation. Jon the Service Tech was here within the window of time provided and performed a quick install and when completed ran through all that was done and the warranty in his work as well as the warranties of the faucet manufacturers. Very satisfied and Jon was very pleasant and easy to deal with. All are highly recommended!
Matthew Stover came to my home today to replace a shower valve and install new hardware, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Matthew took the time to complete the job efficiently while still paying attention to detail, and everything was finished in a timely manner. Jon, the technician was professional, courteous, and did a great job explaining what was going on with my kitchen sink clog. He took the time to assess the issue and was clear regarding all my options for the solution. My only hesitation is the pricing. The cost for a standard snaking service was on the high side compared with what I expected based on researching the fair market price for this type of maintenance request. The technician himself was excellent, but I would recommend reviewing the pricing structure for routine drain calls.
Todd did a fantastic job when he came out. He explained the process of the work he was doing and was very thorough to ensure it was done correctly. They timely sent out a crew to dig up the pipe that was causing problems. Everyone was very kind and hard working. They were even careful to leave our sidewalk intact, when we had anticipated it being demolished.
