Hector and Tyler did a great job! They replaced multiple drainage pipes, added a water softening system, added a water line to our frig and installed a new higher toilet on our main floor. They also installed our vanity and fixed our toilet on basement floor and many other jobs. They were very efficient, friendly and professional. Hector took me around and explained everything they did, in terms I could understand. Highly recommend them!👍🏻

Last evening, we noticed a large pooling of water from our ceiling. We turned off the water and called Benjamin Franklin first thing this morning. We spoke with Ryan V and he immediately put someone on it! This was such a huge stress relief for our family. Ryan was professional and courteous and quick to put me at ease! He couldn't have sent over a better tech than Dan Figard. Guys like Ryan V and Dan F are the main reason we keep coming back to One Hour and Benjamin Franklin. Every single person that has ever come into our house we would trust in our home alone! Dan was quick to diagnose and fix the issue. He was friendly and professional and did a great job. When time is of the essence (or water or sewer issues), you want a company like this with reputable employees. These guys are great!
When we called for emergency service we were given a time frame of 9am to 1pm. It was a relief when Billie arrived about 9:40am. We were very happy with the service provided by Billie. He was efficient, caring, and took time to explain the service policies. We were happy to see that he wore protective covers over his shoes. We will not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again whenever we might have a problem.
