Justin did a thorough job yesterday with toilet repairs, making sure to explain all details. Today Justin and his coworker; Owen put in a much needed hot water heater. They did a great job. Once again explaining details. They were neat and kept things very clean. It was so nice to have John (manager) call personally prior to their arrival as they finished early with a previous job. Great team work! Thank you !!
Great experience with BFP yesterday! Our house had a slowly draining kitchen sink and some very old pipe system issues that needed to be addressed and our techs Justin and Todd were both excellent and highly professional! Both made sure we understood and were involved with the situations and all decision making, fixed our problem and Justin was able to install a new UV light filter for us all throughout the course of the afternoon. We wouldn't consider any other company to take care of any of our plumbing needs and can't recommend both of these great technicians enough! 5 stars all around experience.
Dave and Dan were both professional and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to get our plumbing issues resolved. Only a 1 day turn around from the estimate to the repair. Great work gentleman!
Billy explained everything he was going to do and why. He answered every question and concern. His work is excellent. He is personable and professional. He explained different packages with coverages, prices and discounts for the different services. Very pleased with the service. Todd was also very helpful, pleasant and professional with his side of things for the sewer cleaning etc. He also assisted me with the computer on filling out for loan service. Loved both these guys and would hope they come back for any further service! Devlyn did an excellent job. He was also pleasant and professional. I had some questions when they were done and he answered them completely!
Hector DeJesus, repaired the water treatment system by installing a new electric panel on one of the filters and rechargeable the another. He (and his team) were very professional and spent time explaining the working of the entire water treatment system. Additionally, also informed us on the Laundry Pro system, which we are considering as a possible addition to the washing machine. Overall, very satisfied with Ben Franklin Plumbing and have use other associated companies (Sparky Electric) for our home generator system.
