Hector and Tyler did a great job! They replaced multiple drainage pipes, added a water softening system, added a water line to our frig and installed a new higher toilet on our main floor. They also installed our vanity and fixed our toilet on basement floor and many other jobs. They were very efficient, friendly and professional. Alex Grab was awesome! He was very professional and knowledgeable. Alex made an emergency call to my home on a Sunday and quickly diagnosed the problem. And within 24 hours he made the return call with the required part to complete the repair. All done at a very reasonable cost. Had a hot water heater go out at 10 at nite. Called everyone and Ben Franklin night attendant on phone was so kind and said she'd try first thing in AM. The plumber Dave came at 8. Called first and was very courteous. Efficient and experienced. Explained what he was doing and why it went bad. Clearly explained pricing. Hector came and installed a faucet outside and was the same experienced and precise worker as Dave. They even vacuumed! We recommend them for your plumbing needs. Dave and Hector are a 5 star team.
