I had 2 old toilets replaced with new, and a water filtration system installed. Paul K. was the technician. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did the whole job by himself. BFP kept communication with me during the process. Paul cleaned up after himself and the job was done in a timely manner. Thanks Paul K and BFP!
Seth arrived on time and was very efficient in replacing our sump pump. He was a pleasure to visit with. He made sure everything worked properly when the job was finished. I also want to add that Lexi was very kind on the phone and promptly scheduled the technician. She followed up with another phone call saying when the technician would arrive. 😊
Scott Hyman arrived early, and got straight to work. He listened to my concerns, and did a great job installing the new tankless water heater. He left the work site clean and neat. Great guy!
Mike and Chris were excellent! My husband and I were pleased to have our slab leak repaired in one day. Communication before and during the repair was helpful, since we were unsure how extensive it might be once the area was dug out. We would highly recommend both Mike and Chris. We also feel good about now being a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Club member, to hopefully prevent a problem before it gets out of control.

Jake was very good- listening to my issue and working to understand me. He detailed multiple solutions & indicated the best way to proceed. Advised me to check with my town regarding responsibility of the pipe at issue while scheduling a fix if needed. I feel confident I will get resolution.
Both Jeff and Mike were super friendly and extremely experienced. They came in and unhooked the old hot water tank and installed the new one in no time. They made sure it was working and cleaned up before they left. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing to anybody and everybody
My irrigation water supply pipe broke and called Benjamin Plumbing. Carter from Benjamin plumbing came over and didn't waste anytime diagnosing the problem accurately. He got into work right away after diagnosing and repaired the line in no time. Carter was courteous, professional and excellent in his workmanship!!! I would highly recommend him and the company to anyone!!!
Kevin came out and worked on my mother in laws house. He checked all the drains and gave clear and fair pricing options for short term and long term options. He gave concise recommendations and things to look for in future. He was super fun and personable and made the experience light and easy.
Incredible service. We had an urgent water shut off issue and were provided with service within 2 hours. The issue was handled quickly and perfectly. There is no plumbing service better than Benjamin Franklin!
