The technician Jewell was very pleasant & prompt. He diagnosed the problem quickly & offered a solution. Overall a nice experience from the great customer service over the phone to the professional technician. Very impressed & would recommend them!
Jewell Nixon with Benjamin Franklin did a great job. We had a cruddy old rusted main drain, a drippy sink, a leak in the tub and even an issue with the kitchen sink (no joke). Jewell worked fast, fixed it all in a day and was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable all the way. We were glad to learn from him and grateful for the outcome. Everything looks and works so much better now. Ben Franklin made themselves available to help with our issues quickly and showed up when they said they would. they really are "ounctual plumbers." I would recommend!
My sewer line had a blockage & after digging down to my sewer line, Randal was able to find the cause of my sewer problems, Gas company cross boring. He did a great job in locating the issue and was able to fix it. Good job in backfilling & cleaning up the area. Only issue was that the job had to be completed after the weekend because they did not have the pipe that was needed for the repair. Leaving us without sewage drainage over the weekend. But once Randal got here Monday Morning, the job was done in 3 hours.
My garbage disposal broke, and Tyler came out the same day and fixed it! He was professional, explained everything to me after it was fixed, and the price was extremely reasonable. The receptionist is also extremely helpful and get the appointment scheduled immediately. This is my second time in a month I’ve needed them and they have done a magnificent job! Brian Hauser was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He arrived at the scheduled time and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was honest and did not try to Charge me for additional Unnecessary services. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Job well done Brian.
I can't say enough nice things about Mason! He communicates all information about what's needed to fix my plumbing problem. Answered all my questions. Was respectful and courteous. Explained the warranties on both problems. Our good-bye was pleasant. I'll definitely request him by name if I ever need plumbing help again!!
