My sewer line had a blockage & after digging down to my sewer line, Randal was able to find the cause of my sewer problems, Gas company cross boring. He did a great job in locating the issue and was able to fix it. Good job in backfilling & cleaning up the area. Only issue was that the job had to be completed after the weekend because they did not have the pipe that was needed for the repair. Leaving us without sewage drainage over the weekend. But once Randal got here Monday Morning, the job was done in 3 hours.
My garbage disposal broke, and Tyler came out the same day and fixed it! He was professional, explained everything to me after it was fixed, and the price was extremely reasonable. The receptionist is also extremely helpful and get the appointment scheduled immediately. This is my second time in a month I’ve needed them and they have done a magnificent job! Brian Hauser was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He arrived at the scheduled time and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was honest and did not try to Charge me for additional Unnecessary services. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Job well done Brian.
Jewell is very efficient, professional, and great at what he does. He takes the time to explain things so that you’re comfortable with what’s going on. Great start on a three day job, I can use my kitchen sink again. Dominic explained everything and that there was a slight change to the plan, but everything looks good so far. Follow up, I am very happy with the job that Dominic and Wyatt did on my plumbing, changing all the plumbing from cast iron to PVC has been needed for a long time. Thanks again for all the wonderful work and now I can relax about back ups. Dec. 3, 2024 I had a leak in one of the toilet Dominic put in. Once I let them know about it they were very prompt about getting me scheduled and repairing the toilet. I will be using Benjamin Franklin for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks Dominic!!
