Seth is super talented and friendly. He built a dump pump cover for me and I am extremely happy with the final product. He did a great job for me!

had to get my water heater replaced because i was randomly out of hot water. Called at 9:30 am and had it all done and replaced by 4!! I already have hot water again and it’s still daylight!!! they did amazing. fast workers and did what they came to do and got out. Will definitely be contacting in the future if anything else happens !!!

Juan was awesome. Very professional. Very polite. Very knowledgeable. He laid everything out very simply so even I could understand it. I needed a valve replaced. He showed me the cost and the cost of putting a new one in. Gave me plenty of options. It was also a good price. Very happy. Glad I went with Benjamin Franklin. I really didn't know and kind of picked at random.

Our water softener stopped working correctly and he came out Matthew and looked at it and even though we could not find our receipt so we pay he still did the service call didn’t cost much. There was $89 Service coffee, which is a lot, but it didn’t cost as much as I thought it would, but we still have to find a receipt so that they can refund the $89 Service call fee. It’s OK they can’t get our water softener working correctly again! our water softener again, but he was an awesome person.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, especially Seth Yazdzik. I needed a sump pump discharge PVC repair, and it had to be handled late in the day, which can be stressful but their team was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Seth was truly amazing. He showed up with a positive attitude, took the time to explain the issue clearly, and fixed everything efficiently and professionally.
