had to get my water heater replaced because i was randomly out of hot water. Called at 9:30 am and had it all done and replaced by 4!! I already have hot water again and it’s still daylight!!! they did amazing. fast workers and did what they came to do and got out. Will definitely be contacting in the future if anything else happens !!!

Jim Farmer and the crew at BF have shown some great customer service regardless of where it turns into a service appointment or not. Called to talk through a service late on a Friday night and Jim didn't hesitate to walk me through potential sourcing of part solutions as well as offer his services to check their inventory on the weekend. Top Notch. Definately recommend.

Juan was extremely professional and very quick. He walked me through everything that he needed to do and walked me through how that would impact my costs and different things. I would need to know about my home in regards to plumbing. I would recommend Juan and Ben Franklin to anyone.
