We had an semi-emergent issue and Benjamin Franklin was the first company out of 20+ we contacted that actually scheduled a visit that same day (Robert our plumber showed up within 1 hour). He was very upfront about cost and options with our issue. He was actually able to solve it for us with the least costly option. He was also very courteous and wore shoe covers. This will be the first company we reach out to moving forward!

Not all heroes wear capes. Rodney showed up on time and quickly saved the day. Very professional, great work, happily fixed another issue on top of what I called for that he wasn’t expecting to have to do and still took care of a few extra things just to make sure everything was perfect! Definitely someone I’d call again.

Provided a short time frame in which to expect service. Brian let me know when he pulled in. He provided excellent service and had all the materials to repair a burst pipe. Great service. I even got a membership so I can use their great service in the future at a discount. Thanks Ben F for sending Brian.

Seth did a great job!! Friendly, good communications Q and A. Helped understand warranty limits. Contacted another co to determine if any water damage. Hot water heater under warranty so paid only labor for install. Price seemed high but no comparison.
