I had a plumbing emergency when my kitchen sink clogged around 3:00 pm—the same day I was hosting a party for 35 guests at 6:00 pm. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and they sent Brandon. He was absolutely great. He fixed the problem very quickly and saved my party. The next day, Brandon came back to check a small leak under the sink and fixed it just as quickly. He had a great attitude, was very professional, and didn’t charge extra for the follow-up repair. This is a great company with excellent customer service.
