I am more than satisfied with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Services. To my misfortune, I’ve had two issues in 2 weeks; however, the turn around time was amazing. The front office is customer friendly and knowledgeable- they listen to your concerns and dispatch based on your needs. Technicians are introduced via text before they ever appear at your door- awesome!!! The techs are fast, all business yet courteous. I’ve lived here 12 years and this was my first time using their services, as it was right before July 4 and no one would respond but them. I can’t say enough about both services. Hot Springs is fortunate to have this company to call when having plumbing problems. Quick to your residence and an even faster solution to your problem. Doesn’t get any better than that. Try them, and you won’t call anyone else. Very reasonable prices!
We had 2 toilets installed. Received an installation discount on the second toilet. Technicians arrived on time. The work was done quickly. They cleaned up and double checked their work before leaving. Cost was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. Other than newly installed toilets, they left no trace! This was not my first time to use this company. They do great work! Highly recommend.
Tanner was neat and very knowledgeable. He flushed the water heater, checked all toilets and sinks. We told him about a toilet issue and he was able to fix it while here saving us a fee. A very good company for your plumbing needs.
While doing a yearly inspection on our lines, and after flushing our hot water system, it was found that our sewer line had an issue at a fitting that had separated the line. I live in a difficult forested area on a slope, but this was no problem for Josh and his crew. The day after the inspection the work was done promptly and professionally. Josh was great to work with and resolved our issues. What a great experience. I have used them in the past for different plumbing needs and will continue in the future. I recommend them highly!
Very quick to be scheduled in, installation was fast as well. The installation looks better than what it originally did. Will definitely use this company again. Dylan should also get a raise for his professionalism and skill on the job.
