Derek was actually, earlier than original time est. He was professional and courteous and advised me of cost for initial service. He qui kly troubleshoot the problem, advised me of the cost and options available. I had him replace the part. He tested and I verified proper operation and he was on his way in a little over an hour. Part has a 2 yr warranty. All good.
Once again, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did not disappoint. I called a little after 8 am and was pleased to hear they could send someone by 3 pm. We had guests coming and the issue was in the guest bathroom. They called to ask if they could come early. Wow! They came, and not only did they fix the guest bathroom issue, they also replaced an outside, leaky water spigot. I feel bad that I can’t remember the names of the two gentlemen that showed up, but they were awesome.
Oakly was great! He answered all my questions and explained other general plumbing work as well.
I had the Best Plumbing experience. The technician was named " Jade ". Nice, polite. I told him what was going on, he looked at the faucet told me what needed to be done. I agreed. He did a nice job, I recommend, he's the best. And what really made it so over the top, he cleaned up the bath tub. He's a Keeper. Thank You for Good Service Ms. Brown
Jeff and his crew did an excellent job. They went above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend them and the company to anyone who needs plumbing done in their home. I can’t express enough gratitude for what they have accomplished in my condo. Thank you again for all your hard work.
I called in the afternoon and was scheduled for 9 - 1 the next day. Got a call at 8:00 that Casey could come earlier. I said sure and he arrived at 8:30. He was polite and friendly and asked me about the problem. He used the hand held rotar tool and cleared the problem. Wiped up the floor carefully, accepted my credit card payment and thanked me. He was gone and problem solved by 9:00. Great service and easy to arrange. Thank you.
Travis was great. He showed me the calcium problem in my shower drain and made suggestions. He was able to tighten a faucet handle also. I really thought that for the “ time spent “ the price was much too high. It was set by the company and was not the decision of the repairman. Maybe other companies charge as much but I will definitely shop around before my next repair!
Ryan Wesson was very professional, polite and thorough. He didn’t leave until he made sure the leak stopped. He was here late. He even had plans that he was going to end up missing. This shows true dedication. He also walked by our 1/2 bath and heard a hissing sound and knew right away the problem and fixed that for us as well even though that wasn’t on the work order he came for. He really knows what he is doing, was neat, put everything back in place, cleaned up everything and wore shoe coverings when entering our home. It is nice to know that a young man like him is super polite and showed he cares. Ben Franklin Plumbing is lucky to have such a great knowledgeable worker like Ryan! We were very pleased and would recommend Ben Plumbing and Ryan for sure!
Tristin from Benjamin Franklin plumbing service showed up and took care of our broken water mane within 3 hours on the weekend. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We really appreciated him going above and beyond to get the job done in a Saturday after hours so that our Airbnb guests did not have very long without water.
