Out tech, Josh, was fantastic. He arrived promptly, introduced himself, and explained everything he was doing. All the costs were given up front before any work was done, so there were no surprises. He was very professional and honest.

Josh installed 2 bathroom sinks and two faucets. He went above and beyond to stay and also snake our drain pipes to my great relief. He was polite and independent in his work, working with confidence and pride in his work,

Had an issue that I couldn’t resolve myself so called Benjamin Franklin plumbing last minute. They sent Chase out late at night since family and I were leaving for vacation the next morning.Even after working an extremely long day, he was poised professional, and got the Job done quickly and efficiently. He walked me through everything before he got started gave me options and after he was finished, walked me through and showed me what he had done. He was very professional, awesome guy and a good worker. Wish it wasn’t expensive as it was but overall satisfied with the job done.

I made an appointment with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for a intermittent very strong odor coming from laundry room / basement recreation room area the past couple weeks. Nicholas arrived on time and was very professional. Needless to say when he arrived the odor was not present at all so it was not an obvious fix. He trouble shooted and looked at all possibilities. He saw the open sink pipe without a cap ( we just removed the sink 2 weeks ago for renovations and have not installed a new sink yet ) Bingo! He then installed the cap . I will definitely call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

We recently had a water leak in our garage ceiling, and Bryson Jones came out to diagnose the issue. He quickly identified the cause of the leak and explained everything clearly. We were really happy with our experience having our water heating restored and a real bonus was that Alejandro and Richard were able to call in Hector from sister company Mr. Sparky to deal with an associated electrical problem. There is no way we could have coordinated these two services so seamlessly on a Friday afternoon, with the last tech leaving at 8pm. All techs were polite, professional, helpful and expalined our options before we committed. We highly recommend Bemjamin Frankin Plumbing.

Hello, to anyone in need, this Co comes thru for its customers no matter the hour. John was our savior. Only 2 toilets n handicapped husband, both of them down. Johne was very nice , polite, reassuring, helpful, just can't say enough. Was here til 730 pm and completely cleaned up very well. Thank you John and he checked my dishwasher that quit. He was awesome🙃🙏

Daniel and Karl did a good job and their customer service was good. They were very personable. The prices at Ben Franklin seem on the higher end I think they charged accordingly to what the company prices that are set. Five stars for Daniel and Karl but four stars because of cost.

Thanks for responding in a timely manner. Joshua was great. He told me about the process, answered my questions, even helped me clear the way to the back door to get the heater downstairs. And now the heater happily sits in the basement making hot water!

Our water softener wasn’t working and started leaking. I called Benjamin Franklin and Oakly came out within a few hours. He stopped the leak and went over our options. We decided on a new water softener. He had it installed 2 days later. He was very friendly and patiently explained everything. He knew what he was doing and worked very efficiently! I would definitely recommend using Oakly Zink from Benjamin Franklin plumbing.
