Technicians were very friendly and professional. I really liked that they called before the appointment time to know let me know exactly how long until they would arrive, and sent a text message with the names of the Technicians and their pictures. Also, once they arrived they walked me through what they were going to be doing and answered all of my questions without making me feel like an idiot.

Our home was built in 1952 and repair jobs are rarely simple. Jeff was amazing in identifying and addressing the multiple layers of drainage and equipment failures that were creating our problems. Jeff’s extensive experience and knowledge were evident in the quick diagnosis and excellent repair job he provided. Thank you Jeff for getting us back to normal just one day before Thanksgiving!

Great Job, High Quality and Reasonable price. I am very happy! My gas meter was sticking out in the middle of sideway that makes me hard to get my trash bin tout for trash days. Installer Frank helped move my gas meter closer to the wall, so my trash bin can go out easily!

Jade and Bennett did a great job. They took the time to really think it through. None of this was decided in a moment. It was thought of and we thought of they were also extremely courteous. In fact I had to tell them to quit being so nice and to be themselves in my house. But they just couldn’t help themselves and they were professionals all the way. But they were not stiff. They worked hard and they seem to have had a good time working. I would definitely hire them again if I needed to get a plumbing job taken care of in a timely manner and in a professional manner.

We just moved into our house 2 weeks ago and encountered a slow leak from the laundry water hook up. I called to schedule an appointment Monday and they were able to send someone Wednesday! Cody was our guy and he was fantastic. Our house has some weird hook up but he solved the problem quickly and explained what we could do in the future to update everything. So incredibly thankful for his help especially since tomorrow is Thanksgiving and we will have a full house. We will definitely work with Cody again!

Called BF around 8:30am having no hot water. They told me 10-2 and the technician would call ahead of time. My phone was ringing in about 10 minutes and I had someone at my house by 9. Jason was my technician and he showed me options for my situation. Ultimately I went with a new hot water heater and Jason completed the job in about 2 hours. Hot water restored! Jason was professional, polite, and kept me in the loop as he worked. Would highly recommend!

Benjamin Franklin plumbing is a great company and I'm very happy that we hired them to fix our hot water heater.
