Daniel did a good job unplugging my toilet He was very patient with us explaining about our toilet. We decided to replace the toilet because the seal was torn. .However, when Daniel left I went into to clean up and found the cover on the floor should have been replaced. The charge was over $600.00. The final detail concerns me.
Jordan and this company did an amazing job with our water heater replacement, sink repipe and faucet installation. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to show us everything we needed, explained things we didn’t need, and during the entire service visit he was extremely thorough and precise in order to make sure it was done RIGHT. Alejandro was very thorough in his inspection, explanations, and labor. He was quite accommodating to our budget and needs. He regularly shared details and videos of his progress along the way, and was very thoughtful and careful in his approach. The kitchen sink is draining very nicely now. And no broken pipes, despite our ancient cast iron plumbing -- thank you, Alejandro! Excellent service and results.
If I could give Tyler a 10 star rating, I would! Not only does he know what he is doing, but he is very cautious about what steps he takes in order to not cause more damage. Part of my plumbing request had to do with a very delicate plumbing issue, which he fixed in a cost efficient and safe manner. There is so much more I would like to say but I am in a hurry. Klee was a pleasure to deal with. He helped us figure out we needed a new kitchen faucet. We ran and got an new one while he dismantled the old one. Klee was friendly, knowledgeable and very competent in his work. Benjamin Franklin just got a new customer.
Lonnie Moody, the service technician was wonderful. He spent a great deal of time replacing outdated equipment and making sure that everything he replaced was working correctly and properly. I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am to him and for all the time he spent making sure that he had indeed taken care of every issue. I highly recommend him.
John was professional and tenacious in solving the problem. He explained the problem throughly and in lay man’s terms. Very impressive!
