He explained everything clearly, fixed the problem efficiently, and left the area clean when he was done. Called Ben Franklin for water heater warranty repair. They did same day scheduling. Kyle Smith came at 2:20pm and was completely finished by 4:30pm. Kyle was extremely friendly, courteous and professional while here. Thankful for men like Kyle who are respectful and professional!
Fantastic service. Hot water heater working. Leaking at the bottom. Francisco came to the house. We thoroughly discussed my options. Decided tankless system was my best option. Francisco was able to replace entire system the same day. His work was outstanding. He completed the install in under 5 hours and left my garage cleaner than when he started. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin for your plumbing needs. Quality work for reasonable price. I've attached photos of the finished install.
My service tech Kylle was very professional and friendly. He was on time, thorough, explained everything he was doing. He did an annual water heater flush, but also checked my water softer and tested my water for hard water. He ensured to answer all of my questions and provided me with his business card in case I had any other questions after he left. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing.
