We needed our kitchen sink replaced. It was an odd size, I had several companies come to see if they could replace it. No one could or really even try to find one. Kylle at Benjamin Franklin found one!!! He went above and beyond helping us! Within 3 days we had our new sink in. And we love it. We could not ask for a better experience. Kylle was in constant contact with us on what he had found and how it would work for us. 💯 recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing.
We just had an extensive plumbing job done by Francisco and Kyle of Benjamin Franklin’ plumbing. They were very informative and made sure we understood and were satisfied with each completed project. They also cleaned up each work area. We would highly recommend Francisco and Kyle as they are knowledgeable, hard workers, and very personable.
Kylle technician came to fix my sewage pump that was not working right. He was very professional and knowledgeble on his work. He kept me inform each step during the installation. The new pump works well and aslo company guranteed their work. Customer Service Isaiah was also done a great job on supporting customer on any questions make me feel confortable working with the company. I will use this company again on any future plumbing.
